They never have the good creamer for coffee. They say there is a shortage so I go across the highway to speedway, they always have it. Been doing this for almost a year now.

My dogs and I Love the Love's Travel Center in Oakwood Illinois, they have a dog park, and as soon as we pull into their stop, my 4 small dogs Bear, Charlie, Molly & Lorraine all know when we've gotten to the puppy park. They run and chase each other, usually for an hour or two. They love Love's puppy park! And the inside employee's are always so friendly too. It's Definitely a safe place to stop and get something to eat and the bathrooms are always clean. A Nice selection of food & drinks plus a Hardee's Restaurant inside too.

So I tried to get my cash advance and I'm trying to catch the cashier before she leaves the fuel desk. She walks away from me and says no she has to go home now because she's drunk. Not even joking here she says that to the customer right on the floor. I joked with a replacement cashier and she tells me that her boyfriend who works in the shop was also out drinking with her which means we have a drunk mechanic! Yeah, I'm writing this review because quite frankly I don't need drunk people working on heavy equipment. Job is dangerous enough and we need reliable maintenance personnel. Maybe this will serve as a lesson that they should sober up get help and not show up to work if they've been drinking.

This store was so incredibly clean, well-stocked, colorful, inviting and staffed by friendly and helpful people. Great prices in a time of inflation...returning from a trip through 8 states so we've something to compare it to. Thanks fir the great 'pit stop.'

The store & restrooms were clean. And like any good truck stop they had a large variety of item's for purchase. The restaurant had good food & fast service.

There is a small fenced dog park so your pup can have an off leas potty break, it's big enough for some decent play too. Facilities for humans are clean and sufficient for a good travel stop.

I'm a truck driver. On June 23rd 2022, I had just passed by the Love's westbound on 74 when I blew a trailer tire that took the other tire and mudflap with it. I pulled off to the side, 2.1 miles from this Loves. I couldn't move or I would cause more damage. I called my company shop who in turn called this Love's at least 3 times. Almost 5 hrs waiting, no show yet. They can't be that busy. Zero stars!

Great newer Loves truck stop. There are 65 truck parking spots and about 7 more can be made just diagonal from the entrance to the fuel lanes. Clean shower's and they have a Hardee's fast food restuarant. I got here at 5:30 pm and only about 50% of truck parking is full 🙌🙌
