Took my little cousin for a last minute haircut for his graduation and was very satisfied with the outcome. My reason for 3 stars though is the hair stylists were incredibly rude. The woman who cut his hair was absolutely amazing but the other ones were not. My cousin is autistic and the comments coming from the other women telling him "you're too old to be behaving this way" when he was expressing being sleepy really irked me. I'm not the type to cause a scene so I didn't, but they knew nothing about him and were being incredibly rude to a 9 year old boy. Also saw one of them be incredibly rude to another child who wouldn't sit still while getting his haircut, the boy had to have but like 6. Clearly no patience for children, really disappointed. Update: Think I originally caught Korryn on a bad day. I've had her a couple times since my review and she has been quite pleasant to talk to while she does my haircut. And accommodating for whatever I need or request. Wanted to update the review with this and remove the below comments. Thanks. Mostly great experiences at this salon. My last two cuts by Donnie (sorry if spelling is off) were great! She's a pleasure to talk to and does a nice job and makes sure everything is right.

Was treated very well. Yet my hair is butchered. Thin in the middle of my head and longer on the outside. Girl was very inexperienced and kept asking for advice. Will never recommend this place.

Great staff. Great clip. Haha. No really, great place for a haircut. They do it exactly as you ask. And they have it in their system how you want your hair cut, so there's no telling the staff every time you go there how you want it.

I've gone to this location for a hair cut before, but recently I should have been paid to go. A man cut my hair and absolutely hacked it. I literally had a bald spot on the back of my head, his edging was completely uneven, my hair was misaligned, and he likely never heard of the word blending. Never asked what I wanted, had a mask that was slipping off his face, jammed the clippers into my head, and wore a hat as he cut my hair... never trust a "barber" wearing a hat. It was so wretched that I went to another barbershop to fix what this guy did. Nothing like paying for two hair cuts. I'll never go back to this location, I don't even know what qualified him to work there. I had fine experiences with other stylists, but I can't chance ever getting this dude again. Service: Haircut

I was a walk-in and so very lucky to get Eve as my stylist...she was magical with those scissors! What a thorough and beautiful job she did..she needs a raise! If you are lucky to get her, you better tip her well for her talent and skills!

There is no way the girl who did my hair had any kind of training or experience. It was like they literally pulled someone in off the street to cut hair that day. She didn’t know how to layer or angle my hair and had no idea how to use texturizing scissors. The other two girls working had to pretty much do everything for her while she watched. This isn’t a training school where I signed up for people to experiment and practice on my hair! Please hire qualified and experienced hairdressers for paying customers!!! Service: Haircut

This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs! I had an hour before I had to get home and take care of my daughter. I signed in online and the wait said 17 min. When I got the salon, the woman working said that “because a gentlemen that was sitting there before I got there, then he is going first.” Well then what’s the point of an online check in? There was no answer to this question. It shouldn’t matter who is in the lobby or not, the order on the screen should apply but I guess at this place it doesn’t matter. Support local barbers or other chains, this place is terrible.
