I wanted a spicy chicken, but they didn't have the spice sauce. The clerk did suggest using a spicy sauce that the use on breakfast item. She was very nice & friendly. My husband wanted a fish sandwich, & she told us that she had a special --2 fish sandwiches 4 $6.00. Even though I didn't get the sandwich that I wanted,she her best 2 make us happy.

Typical fast food, burgers and fries, well made and tasty. The building needs a bit of face lifting. Restroom needs cleaning and modernized. Trash on the floor. People in the front acted bord, not enthusiastic about being there.. People in back looked busy and concentrated... surrounding seems dull 😑... not really inviting at all.... but food was well prepared and tasty for the price.

Awful experience. Didn't have what I wanted and didn't tell me. Gave my wife the wrong sandwich and wasn't able to print me a receipt. Terrible considering we were 1 of two cars in the drive-thru.

They have no pride in there work. Cant get an order right the burgers looked like they were ran over by a truck. Won't go their ever again

Bad customer service. Sat in drive thru and you can hear the clicking on and off of the intercom, but no one answers.Drive to the window and are and two employees,they look right at us but still ignored us. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I go to this burger king.

The Burger King in Millington tn is very nasty and very unprofessional! I’ll never forget I came to order and saw the guy changing the grease and he was very frustrated.. he said the grease hadn’t been changed in months and as you can see this is the result.. so we chat for a minute and when I ask to speak to a manager about what I saw and why hadn’t it been cleaned in months she became very unruly! I just decided to get a refund and thank the young man for his hard work! I definitely wouldn’t be coming back to this disgusting place!

Pulled in to get breakfast this morning at 7:45 and a young guy came on the speaker and said we're not open....ummm excuse me what? Since when? Clearly noone wants to do their job anymore...collecting money sitting on your but doing nothing...pathetic...maybe they should get paid by the amount of food they serve each day 🤔

Stated they were open till 11pm . Got there at 10:41 and no one answered the drive thru or the pull up window. Sat there for 10 mins and got no service. As soon as we drove off they shut all the lights off.
