Had a new system installed last year by another company. I immediately started having issues. The last company could not find a solution no did they fix my system. I found Insideout on Google and I called to see if they could help. The young lady that answered the phone said YES. She instructed me to bring it in the same day at 3pm. I arrived and the owner immediately diagnosis my system and found many issues that the previous companies could not find. I am finally able to enjoy my sound system after 1 year of being without it. This company is very knowledgeable of their work . They were extremely nice and solved the problem. I would highly recommend this company because they do not rush through their work like the inner city radio companies and they stand behind their work. Thanks!

I love supporting local businesses! the professionalism and attention to detail this shop provides is second to none. Had a double din Pioneer deck installed and windows tinted on a 2007 and 2020 Altima and soon a 2018 Colorado and 2012 Kia Sorento. Will only come to this place for all my car audio/tint needs in Memphis.

Love my new stereo. After installation I check the stereo, at first I was so confused and don't know how to operate it and I was going to take it back to uninstall the new stereo to replace the original factory radio back in and Lisa and Victor that works in store told me to read the instructions and I did read it and I follow every directions how to use my new stereo AND I love it. Thank you Lisa and Victor for your advice.

OMG!!! I normally dont write reviews but this business and job was OUTSTANDING! Very trust worthy, knowledgeable, and great customer service. All of them treated us like family and even worked overtime 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday to get us all hooked up. I cant say enough for this great business. I will recommend them to anyone. To bad every business is not like inside out. They were AWESOME!!!! Nice work.

What can I say about Inside Out, Vic and his staff? They are AWESOME. I brought my Kia Forte into the shop to have some car audio stuff taken care of. I made an appointment and the car was taken to the install bay asap. I had a feeling it would be a little difficult because of the car it is, but Vic was able to knock the sound system out of the ballpark. He didn't stop working until it was finished. The secretary that works the front desk called me and kept me up to date as well as Vic. The customer service is top notch, probably the best I've ever experienced. Not only was the service great and the install, but the prices were cheaper than most places, but the quality of work was awesome. This will be the only car audio place I go to if I ever decide to get something else done. Vic and his crew are very knowledgeable and not one door panel or interior piece was scratched up. they take care of the vehicle and stand by their amazing work. Thank you guys! 5+ stars in my book. You guys rock!

The best in the whole tri - state area. Victor and his crew can handle whatever you need as far as making your lovely car better. They do audio systems, tint, wheels and tires, paint, lighting, you name it. Everything Will be perfectly done! Come on by and get a dang good detailing job also. Stay Blessed!

Absolutely the best car audio and customization shop around! I live about an hour away and I will gladly make that trip every time I have an issue with my system or if I'm looking for upgrades! It's a great mom and pop shop that makes you feel valued and is willing to work with you on anything you have, they was even so nice as to come in on their off day and solve my issue free of charge! Granted it was just a simple wiring issue, but still he took the time out of his day to make sure I was taken care of. They care about their customers and was even trying to help me out through Facebook when I couldn't get it to work. I will forever respect them and see them when I'm in town just to check on what's new and see what I can do for my truck. Plus they're cheaper than most of these big time audio shops!
