I went to Lane Bryant to buy a new bra today and received a 5 star treatment. We were personally greeted as we came in to the store and received fabulous assistance from Alonda. She was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, fun and discreet! The store was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this store. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The women that work here always go above and beyond. This location has the best customer service and I appreciate how hard everyone works to please the customers. They do accept cash. Someone else said they don’t take cash, that is because the store was burglarized and all the registers were busted up. So show a little bit of sympathy for the people who have to work there and deal with rude attitudes and bad reviews for 0 reasons. This is one of my favorite stores, keep up the good work ladies!

I went to this location today (Black Friday) I was in the store for at least 45 minutes. There were about 5 sales associates at least two seemed to be new. These two ladies were very nice one seemed a bit shy but definitely nice. I did ask one of these ladies if a particular top came in a certain color: she went to the register to ask someone who had been working there longer. The associate returned immediately and said she was told that this particular item did not come in black. I am now on line and I’m fact it does come in black. My point is this the ladies who were clearly in charge were not friendly nor were they trying to sell. I really feel for the new hires. Not sure if I will return to this location.

I bought bras in January I told the lady over the ph that I was a DDD 38 but. I get there an the girl set me up with a bunch of bras that were size FF. Then I said I asked to be measured, well of course because of covid19 they can't do the measuring. The girl didn't have me measuring right. I though I was ok with the bras I got but I'm not. I got a cup to big because of wrong measuring. Nice people but I will stick to Victoria Secret.

As an African American customer I was not acknowledged when I walked in. I was not offered a fitting room. Once I gathered what I was going to purchase I was acknowledged and asked if I needed assistance. I had been in the store for over 15 minutes. No the store was not packed. There were actually more sales associates than customers. I indicated that I wanted to purchase the items I selected but I had to wait while the Hispanic staff assisted a Hispanic customer with a fitting room. Additionally, a sensor was left on my purchase so I had I HATE RACISM AND BIGOTRY. And it was wrong for me as a customer to have been treated this way. If I didnt need the clothes as I was on a business trip I would have left the store after 10 mintues of being ignored. My next step is to file a complaint with their corporate office. In this day and age this must not be tolerated nor swept under the rug.

It's ok. The service was not great. The selection is minimal for my size. If you are below a 40G than you'll be fine. I'm sorry but I don't walk into a store to order the size I need because they don't have that one. Its Layne Bryant for peet sake! Its suppose to cater to us larger sizes.
