Good day I was just a shopping at rainbow store in San Bernardino I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received from the cashier named Susie she has a great customI servicelike to mention there was a lady in here with like five grandchildren and the staff was excellent to these kids the kids were crying kind of running around but nobody was rude to them this lady has a nerve to call corporate and complain saying it was a kid unfriendly that is wrong thank you Susie Veronica and also the assistant I'm sorry I forgot your name thank you so much I will be back have a great day

Went to the counter to make a return and while it was in the process The cashier takes a phone call and walks away Leaving me standing there. Another cashier Clocks in and proceeds to take the person that was in line behind me. Her excuse was she was talking to her district manager, shouldn't customer service be a priority?

My daughter shops there all the time. Great clothes, styles update. Lots to choose from. They have everything you need for work and school. All sizes meaning us sizes. Highly recommend. Very nice helpful staff always there to help. Great shop.

This store has great styles and prices too. Got a cute pair of sandles for $7.00 and a two piece little girls outfit 6-9mon. size for $5.99 . What a good deal. Glad I stopped there.

This store is awesome, the staff was so nice except for one person the two ladies were so sweet and helpful and just kind, the other person that works there is not nice or friendly, I'm not going to be disrespectful but the other person should try to avoid being so dry to customers to avoid conflict with the wrong people, if you're going to be in customer service then try to be nice especially when people are being nice to you and you're acting like you could careless, l know I'm not your friend but I am a customer who will come back and tell my friends too, but my experience with the two other ladies were so amazing 👍🏾 that's why I will be back with my friend, so it was a great experience over all, with great deals and some really cute clothes.my mother and I had a great experience together.
