I love the customer service, clean store and organized. I wish they had a bit more people working sometimes we need to wait or look for someone to help. Not a big deal for me but did see some people getting mad for that reason.

The stitching on my D'Lites came undone, after only 6 months. Since I had my receipt, the San Bernardino store took them back as an exchange for the Blue Arch Fit sandals. The staff here are so nice and helpful!

This location is big and organized, convenient parking... great deals buy 1 get 1 50% off and sales/clearance.... Reward program points doesn't work until after 24 hrs ...there are not associates assisting around the store they are at front desk, but the security guy is around the store.
