I set an appointment for 10:30 AM. at 2150 N Waterman Ave., but they sent us to San bernardino Medical Group (1700 N Waterman ave.). After my father went for blood test, to Medical Group they told my father we did not have doctor's prescription. But a staff at (2150 N Waterman Ave.) Told me, the prescription of the doctor was in their computer, and they did not. Take appointment at online has many problems.

They are so unprofessional the guy in the front desk Juanito or something like that is so rude he really needs manners in how to treat patients he seems as if he he’s tired of his job and wants to take it out on patients my first time coming here never will I come here again

I should have read the reviews. Staff is rude and proud of it. A bunch of miserable people as horrible as the environment they work in. Incompetent employees lack the people skills to speak to your face so they'll step behind a partition and complain about patients within ear shot like it's freaking high school. Ignorant, rude staff. Disgusting environment.

Walk-ins are not welcomed! Supervisor mean and frustrated when asked why Quest doesn't post "Appointments Only" on door. If 2min late, you lose appointment. Lab work can always be done by kind people and other labs. Not Quest Diagnostics!

Had to have test done for life ins. Gresel was awsome, had the magic touch when drawing blood. Had me in and out she was perfect.

What’s the point of the first appointment when the staff just talks and you’re waiting over 10 mins for someone to ask if you have a appointment then to wait another 15 mins….

I have walked in and I’ve made appointments- the staff is really nice and very efficient. Upon times where the wait is longer than usual, they do come out and explain any delays to those waiting. I must say that once you are called back they treat you with respect and kindness. The phlebotomists are gently but very fast. I’ve been coming here for years and would not prefer to have my blood drawn anywhere else. Keep up the outstanding work Staff. 🙂👍🏽

After reading the reviews I’m glad I had a great experience. Luis the phlebotomist is AMAZING. He’s personable,funny, professional, and gentle. I don’t have a fear of needles or having blood drawn but I honestly didn’t even feel the needle go in. I didn’t have any soreness afterwards nor any bruising. The front desk staff was nice and professional.

Worse place to get your blood or lab work done. 1st off the staff is rude no social skills low level training for customer service. Wait time for getting work done. My wife and I have been waiting for 2 hours. Busy but not to crowded. No apologies to patrons just a attitude. The answer to us was hey its a. Monday what do expect. True but we expect a better type of sympathy from waiting so long. You work here we don't. Therefore we really do not want to sit in the office all day like it's a job. Just for blood work. If you can avoid this place at all cost. I'd rate it -0 but a 1 star rating is the lowest.

Things have definitely changed, the waiting room seems a bit small when it's busy, but they do their best to get to everyone on time. The most I've ever waited was 28 minutes. And I also had to stay in the lobby for 2 hours on drs orders for my blood work for being pregnant and I seen how patients come and go, quick and easy. I love this little spot. Staff is chill, though they don't really greet you when you come in which I don't mind too much, they're working but once you go in to get your test done, they are very professional and fast.
