These reviews are clowns, they go above and beyond to get my meds filled, they even call my pain management for me even though it's a 20 minute hold. They make mistakes yes they are human, but compared to wallgreens come on those guys won't do anything for you and good luck trying to call their pharmacy. You don't like lines? Then fill your stuff online by mail and learn to plan ahead.

The one star is for their Pet Medication program. They do not have their act together at all. Nothing, not even the simplest things like heartworm medication, is EVER in stock. Meaning you really have to call all the time to find out if you can pick something up, & if they can't & you have to order it, you have to bring the rx first, meaning two trips. This is beyond dumb. At one point I needed the medication quickly so I asked to have it transferred to a different Costco. I got there right when they opened, & there were only two people in line, me and another woman, & both of us had told the person at the register who we were & that we were picking up. We both had to wait OVER AN HOUR, and at one point, and this is not an exaggeration, I counted SIXTEEN PEOPLE either behind the counter or at the register or back in the drug shelves milling around. SIXTEEN PEOPLE. While this was going on the pharmacist was sitting there staring at his computer screen without moving. My order took an hour and 15 minutes and when I left the other woman was still waiting. Unbelievable. And she wasn't waiting for a pet med; she was waiting for something for her husband. I absolutely could not believe it. Once in awhile, though (like all pharmacies) they have an incredibly good price on something. The prices, I've found, tend to bounce around so before I get prescriptions filled I do a lot of calling around. If Costco has a good price, call first, make sure they have it in stock, & get over there ASAP because they will give it to someone else & when you get there they might be out. So stupid.

THEY DRAG THEIR FEET. POOR SERVICE & WAIT TIME. Needs total performance review and re-training. 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs of wait for 4 refills on a Tuesday. Excuse is - it's not just refilling coz they have to read prescription thoroughly to make sure it's right. Seriously?
