For as long as I have been a customer here, I have raved about this pharmacy. I have referred others and have had nothing but gratitude. First let me start by saying that Krishna and Maria are incredible, always top-notch customer service, always willing to go above and beyond (although it’s not expected), and have taken the time to get to know their customers. There is a star for each of them. The REST of the pharmacy staff would greatly benefit from a customer service training from these two. They are extraordinary, which is why it pains me that I will now be looking for a new pharmacy. Even when I am not picking up prescriptions, they always wave hello, know me by name, and are just pleasant, good humans. Unfortunately, I cannot say that for one other pharmacy staff member. Since COVID the rest of the staff has developed a very unpleasant and apathetic attitude. It’s very off putting. I cannot count how many times a staff member has snapped at me for no reason, been rude, or been callous. It’s really not okay or untenable behavior. They have become bitter and who needs that energy? Customer service is a significant part of your job. SIGNIFICANT. I get this has been a rough year. In fact, I really do understand this... I have had 4 days off total (worked every night and weekend), working 12-18 hours a days since March 12th, 2020, in isolation. I had a traumatic fall that left me with stitches in my face and a shattered nose. I had to have surgery (non-elective) to reconstruct my nose. I have dealt with intermittent blindness, severe headaches, doctors upon doctors, upon doctors all while working every single day (even the morning after the accident). I have had people rip my profession to shreds and to say that I don’t have PTSD from this year, would be a lie. So, I get how tough things are right now, and if this were an isolated case, I would not be writing this review, but sadly, it isn’t. This has become anticipated and expected behavior from the pharmacy and it’s cringe-worthy. I have raved about this pharmacy to family and just this week a family member had a terrible experience with one of the staff members being incredibly rude. I was so embarrassed that I referred them. To make matters worse, I tried to call and get more information and a different tech snapped at me for trying to get clarity to help my family member. It was very out of line. Here’s what I haven’t done throughout all of this... I haven’t been nasty to people for no reason and I have tried to be compassionate towards others, the same cannot be said for this staff. We all have struggled, but that doesn’t give anyone some free pass to be a jerk. I make no attempt to lessen anyone else’s struggle, but these employees need to get over themselves (not sorry). Their attitudes present as if they’re superior, therefore they can behave however they want. You cannot. Golden Rule, people! Their attitudes also present as if they are inconsiderate, lack empathy, and combative. While I know your job has been extremely difficult, I would encourage you all to observe a teacher (professionals who have been nothing but society’s punching bag since August), nurse, or doctor behaving this way... When you find that these professionals are still giving endlessly with smiles on their faces despite their exhaustion, your IDGAF attitude really is a bit entitled, no? A little customer service goes a LONG way. The only two people who have remained kind throughout this year are Krishna and Maria. Thank you to both of you for your service. I’m sure when I find a new pharmacy, it will never live up to your service, but unfortunately the rest of your staff is in need of some serious customer service intervention. I just will not tolerate anymore nastiness from the rest of you staff. No one should have to either.

I totally agree with the last lady. Krishna and Maria are the best!!! The rest of the staff needs a customer service class, they have become so rude.

Be aware.........Always check your prescriptions from this pharmacy. I picked up 2 bottles of prescriptions with 2 different MG and the pills were in the wrong bottles. Very scary!
