HOLY...u know what !!!.... Rhonda? / Ronda? in Pharmacy super super incompetent. What's happening to the world ??? Honestly i've only dealt with one person, the rest of the staff may be wonderful. Who knows? - one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

Highly unhelpful. They stopped carrying medication that it life sustaining for me, and switched it out to the type my insurance does not cover. No one considered calling me to discuss it with me, so I could have taken care of it before I was down to my last day of medication (which was 3 days after I put in the refill and the day it was finally filled.). If I had known this was an issue, I could have contacted my provider and my insurance 3 days earlier, rather than just using a poor excuse of a coupon and paying 6x’s what I normally pay. But I had no choice. It’s a medication that I cannot go without.

This pharmacy has so many issues. I have never had a prescription filled here without at least one issue. I can’t believe I didn’t leave sooner, the amount of time spent trying to help them do their job is insane. I’ve spent over 10 minutes on hold trying to speak to anyone only to have them pick up the phone and hang up on me without one word spoken by either person. Multiple times I requested to have prescriptions put on auto refill only to find out a month later they “closed” the prescription by accident. They rarely have the prescription I need filled every month. The one time I complained the worker told me I should just go elsewhere because nobody there cared. Ok, bye!

The pharmacy here is the worst. Excessively long wait times and terrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru pharmacy window for over 15 minutes (after waiting for the line of cars ahead of me) and I wasn't even acknowledged. I continued to wait and still wasn't acknowledged at all. I had to call the pharmacy to ask that someone assist me. I waited another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me - no apology for the wait, no explanation as to why. I understand short staffing, but to completely ignore someone for 20+ minutes at the pharmacy window is unacceptable. Basic customer service would be to at least acknowledge a person and let them know there is a wait, rather than intentionally ignoring the person. Unfortunately, the experience is like this every visit.

Covid shots are done by people who don’t necessarily have good bed side manner and they seem to stab you versus doing it gently. Also I took passport photos that apparently takes 1 hour (which they said it was unusual) when CVS gets it done in 10 min flat. As a customer said, waiting in line with me, “Welcome to the suck”

Worst pharmacy in Simi. The overweight dark haired gentleman is so rude! Helped a customer in front of me and then walked away. I asked if someone would be helping me, he said there’s people back there. As I continued to wait another 10 plus mins and be ignored. Dropped of a script for a family member, told them she would be there in an hour and a half. I was told no problem it will be ready. Family arrived and the same overweight dark haired gentleman was so rude to her. He was irritated having to put in her information and told her it won’t be ready for another hour and a half. Will never be back! Too many other good pharmacies with nice people.

Walgreens is the WORST! They screwed up my prescription and tried blaming Optum RX. I got them on the phone with Optum RX and while Optum RX was trying to clear things up, Walgreens hung up. They hung up again, and then stopped answering the phone. It took us over 90 minutes on the phone and they still couldn't clear things up. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Fix the line management for Covid vaccine appointments and the people like myself going to pick up a prescription! It needs serious organization!! I almost got attacked by a 90 something year old crazy woman because she had an appointment for the vaccine and I was next in line. I'm sorry but my dogs auto immune medication is way more important for me to pick up, since I love my dog and could care less about that woman......... especially since she threatened me.
