Best drugstore in Simi Valley, California (CA) 2025

I took my daughter into RX Point Pharmacy for her booster yesterday. The gentleman that helped us was kind, thorough, and helpful. The lady behind the counter complimented my daughter and made her day. The space was cleaned and very well-organized. I was surprised by the excellent selection of over-the-counter products. You should definitely check them out! ~Sarah

The pharmacy here is the worst. Excessively long wait times and terrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru pharmacy window for over 15 minutes (after waiting for the line of cars ahead of me) and I wasn't even acknowledged. I continued to wait and still wasn't acknowledged at all. I had to call the pharmacy to ask that someone assist me. I waited another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me - no apology for the wait, no explanation as to why. I understand short staffing, but to completely ignore someone for 20+ minutes at the pharmacy window is unacceptable. Basic customer service would be to at least acknowledge a person and let them know there is a wait, rather than intentionally ignoring the person. Unfortunately, the experience is like this every visit. ~Kassondra

Nicole is a wonderful pharmacist and very knowledgeable. Everytime I go she is always so helpful to me and my family and goes over all the meds completely with us, always answering any questions we have. I will continue to come here as long as she is there. ~Reza
