Had to visit pharmacy three times for a prescription that was called in, pharmacist took the order, never entered into system, and they could not find the prescription. If your life depends on this medication, strongly suggest another location.

Costco pharmacy Roseville off standford ranch is one hell of a pharmacy. I have 4 prescriptions monthly not to mention the rest of my family. They always have my meds in stock. Always fill it as soon as possible. Never give me the run around. Always quick to contact my doctor if last refill. Very courteous on the on the phone and in person. Zero judgements or snooty comments. Always very helpful and work with you to get your medicine in hand and on with your day. I have worked with all members (as a customer) of the pharmacy and can tell you this there is not a single incompetent person working there. They know they job and business and do it well. They don’t complain show attitude and understand that medicine is important to people so never complain about checking on status of refills. They always are on point with dates of pickup and always recognize you which is a nice touch on their part that they pull your meds before your even to the counter if they see you in line. All of the employees here from the pharmacists to the cashiers to the pharmacy technicians are on point and so their jobs so well. Thank you. (Side note it does get crowded the line does but if you wait the line moves fast) Bravo

I have always had excellent service from this branch, and most of my families meds are less than at Kaiser.
