The frumpy short old lady with the brown/black hair working in the deli today was rude and racist. Me and another hispanic person were standing in line before everyone else, the hispanic man was there for 30 min! Instead she helped other people! When I said " this man was here first" they just ignored me. Then the frumpy lady asked the lady behind me " how can I help you" Really lady??? You see me standing there before that lady but you are just going to ignore me!! When I looked at her and said " I was next, she just gave me a dirty look" that is when I told her " I do not want the sandwich and walked away" I was told Kent is the Store Manager. I hope he reads this. I will never grocery shop at this store again.

Great store I just think the deli counter could use some restructuring. I rarely have a good experience at the deli counter especially in the mornings. I'm not sure if it's the employees who work in it or the structure of their job duties but they always seem overworked or unhappy to be there. Would love to see a better atmosphere in a section I use quite frequently!

They seem to be holding up better than the Safeway down the road at this stage of all the pandemic shipping snafu. While they were out of some items here and there, it wasn't too big a deal. And they had a lot of good staff around. Checkout area runs a lot smoother than other stores and it's a lot roomier too.

This Raleys is amazing. Incredibly clean and organized, well stocked, and the staff is next level. Specifically Ann to say. We were in a pinch and forgot the card we needed to pay for the remainder of our order and she pulled cash from her own wallet to make sure we could get what we needed. This woman singlehandedly made our shopping experience above and beyond anywhere else we have ever shopped. Ann will be getting a gift from us, and this Raleys location has gotten a customer for life thanks to her. If management is reading this, she deserves a raise, and recognition for being there for the customer. Customer service is one thing, but human connection is what made us customers for life. Thank you Ann and thank you Raleys for serving the community.

I will no longer be shopping at this Raley's. They have very limited organic produce. And often they force you to buy more than you want in organic. For example: one cannot buy just a few organic onions, they force you to buy a whole bag of onions if you want organic onions The same with potatoes: they force you to buy a whole bag of organic potatoes instead of just a few. Also, I recently bought some salsa from here and it was moldy in just a few days after I brought it home. Save yourself some money and shop about 2 minutes away at the new Nugget. They have way more organic products and you only have to buy what you need.

The service and general shopping experience at this particular Raley's is outstanding. The young fellows at the meat market counter went above and beyond to answer questions and fulfill our needs. Clearly, I highly recommend this location for a great shopping experience with superb value. Check-it out, and I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Raley's has a good selection of foods. There is a bakery and deli. Good fresh produce. I go here often. I do wish the self check out stands would work better than they do. I'm always getting so e kind of error that requires an employee to override.

I was very Impressed with the cleanliness of the store. The displays all look great and there is lots of walking room for social distancing. They had self checkout registers that worked very well. All the staff were very friendly and had a nice appearance.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. This store is well stocked. Great premade food items. For the Holliday's their spiral sliced fire glazed ham is the best. It's best order ahead of time. It's way better than Honey Baked Hams and less than half the price and waiting in a crazy line.

Excellent selection of products in the Asian section. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauces. These are 2 of my favorite products. Very nice produce department. There are signs that promote local farms. Great deli and bakery department. Plenty of items to choose from. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
