I went for an oil change 2 weeks ago and now I'm low on oil. All the girl did was hold the dip stick down to make the pull run down to the full line then she showed me the stick and it read full... how was that possible when I'm low on oil now??? I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO OTHERS WHEN THEY SAY THEY DON'T CHANGE OIL. I WILL NEVER H GO TO THAT PLACE OR ANY OTHER VALVOLINE EVER AGAIN

Everything was pretty quick and everyone polite. They even moved us in line to put us into the next available slot before someone who arrived after us. (If we had picked which line we went in to, I might have not agreed with the decision but they directed all that.) The prices were decent and they prorated the cost of oil beyond what we had brought ourselves. They have coupons you can receive in the mail, so that can make things a *little more affordable.

Excelent service. The guy was very informative and professional. I went there for an oil change. No need to get out the car. I had to get out so they could change my air filter but it took less than 2 min. Im definitely going back.
