I felt very ripped off. I typically go to my dealer, but I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try, and I am not happy. I was going to be charged over $100 for a synthetic oil change, and they wanted $30 extra to replace my air filter🤦🏻♀️ which I can get at auto zone for $15. I went with only the oil change, but ONLY because I was able to find a coupon online for $20 off.

The attendant was attentive and welcoming. The service was prompt and the lobby was very clean. I was out of there in under an hour. The attendant was helpful in explaining what other things my vehicle needed and took care of them for a great price. The tall white guy left my oil cap off my engine and I drove for about 6 hours before I noticed oil all over my car and when I returned he said he would clean it but didn't even do that never again. I cant trust this location with my vehicle! This place is Unprofessional.
