I was told that there are no coupons.. The Google maps shows a $20 off promotion that is redirected to the Jiffy Lube website. But I kept that to myself while the guy hung himself in lies. I kept quiet, and more untrustworthy behavior came about because, Secondly, I was told that a regular oil change has no warranty. Wait, I've never heard of a oil change without a warranty. AND what the heck is an oil warranty exactly? Is this a sales scare tactic? The regular oil is $67 but the synthetic is $99, and warning me about a lack of warranty feels like a slimey upsell tactic. Pennzoil has this 500k warranty, but as a novice to oil warranties, what gives? Look, if the oil can last 5000 miles, im A-Okay. If conventional wisdom makes a warranty trivial for >5000 miles, then I have to assume the sleezy sales vibe I got was exactly that. But, lets presume Jiffy sells products with no warranty, what does that mean? Does that mean its fish oil? So if its actual regular oil, and its made by a company that has to follow standards, but not to the extent that it can offer a warranty on those standards, is that the kind of product that JiffyLube is using to upsell me? Im aghast. The again, if we are talking >5000 trivial miles, then I have to go with my initial conclusion: the sleeze came from the Salesman, not Jiffy Lube. I began to drive away as the salesman with a neck tatt tried to fleece me. Thumbs down slick talkers. Thumbs down. Yes, I drove away while he was talking. Im not a dummy.

Max Anthony & Ben where great 👍🏾 as a female I don’t understand anything when it comes to cars especially oil changes & they were able to tell me & fully get me to understand the difference & oil types between synthetic & regular they were fast & very professional I even had the option to stay in my car or go inside when I left I knew when it was best for me to return by the sticker they put in the window of my car & so much knowledge on oil types thanks guys we are absolutely locked in now I wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks for the service see you next month 👍🏾

They are exploding fireworks and it was very noisy, there prices are very expensive and when i was trying to fix my credit card by the phone they thought i’m going to run so they hold my car keys. ( worst place in United state to to replace your car ) كس امهم عيال الشرموطة

Great customer service. We came in for an oil change, Jacob, Tre, and Jose helped us out. Topped off all of our fluids. The really nice thing was they are not pushy, they will offer you extra services but if you say no they don't keep pursuing which makes me comfortable sending my girlfriend here alone and I won't have to worry about them pressuring her into services she may not want or need. Thanks guys you rock!

They left my plastic cover loose and I almost drop it on the freeway. I didn't like that pretty disappointed and I paid 79 dlls, not cheap. July 8, 2021, Today, after a year since the owner reached to me and I send him an email I haven't hear from him, he just responded to cover his behind on the review and to try to show off.

The positives are they give good service. They also gave me tips on the maintenance of my car 2/3 of the times I visited. In addition, they always let you know what should be taken care of for your next visit. Another positive is they're fast with your service and won't goof off on the job. They aren't rude either However, I'm mutual on the prices. I believe the prices are mostly fair but could be smaller at times

I have taken my cars here a few times. They are pretty fast, don't try to lie so you buy stuff you don't need, so thank you for that guys. I think the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and if you have a question for them, they will answer it and not make you feel stupid for asking like some other places do.
