This was my first time at this place. My car is lowered and could not clear the track for the wash tunnel. They ended up hand washing my car in one of the bays and didn't charge extra which was cool. The outside of the car was pretty clean but the whole top of my dashboard was still covered in dust when I got in the car. Also exhaust tips were not touched at all. I guess for $20 this was a decent car wash, but could've been more thorough.

The ownership and supervisor are horrible as it could get. The guy at the entrance said that he recommends full service for $20. They mention that the full service is $20. However, when they did it, they had so many stains on my car. And then the supervisor said that is what will be done, and he also stopped my assistant to not clean the stains as I did not opt in for $50 car wash. The type of supervisors they leave are looters. Be aware people. Giving business to these types of ruthless individuals is not good for the society in general. Their machine also broke my car hood slogan. I will never go again to give my business to them. Worst experience. And the supervisor was racist. He had some other cars go before me for cleansing when I was waiting in the line for hours. He then also kept starting at me. Such a horrendous experience.

I’ve only been to this car wash twice but I don’t think I’ll be going back. I haven’t had even one problem with the services they offer but my last experience there was disappointing. After getting my car washed, I stopped at the sign that’s stationed between the entrance and exit gates. The sign says something along the lines of “wait for an attendant here”, which I did. The “attendant”, manager David, hadn’t made eye contact with me so I waited. Cars entered the car wash one by one and he focused his attention on them. At this point I was getting worried a car might come behind me and honk for keeping up the line. So I decided to inch forward, hoping I could just park in one of the spaces available for vacuuming the inside of your car until someone could help me out. David did see me but came up to my car with an angry look on his face and told me to go behind the sign again and that that’s what the sign is for. The comment he said and the way he said it made me feel like he thought I only had two brain cells. I made a mistake and I understand that but I would have appreciated it if he at least told me in a nicer way. Eventually I did get my car cleaned but as I waited for that to be done, I noticed none of the other cars after me waited behind the sign. I also noticed those people had luxury cars, which I do not have. All I’m asking for is equal treatment. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Have been going to this place for years. Recently did new overhall of facility with new machinery. I have gone to many car washes in the valley. This place has the best brushes to get your car clean. Even after your wash, they have someone wipe your car down right after. Use their rewards and get a free car wash too.

This is my second time coming to this car wash. I honestly will never go to any other car wash. Their treatment here is so honest and good and their service is absolutely impeccable. The manager David was always checking on my car and made sure the work was done properly. This place is lucky to have him. He even cleaned a few parts to make sure nothing was missed. I got the 25$ full service clean with the ceramic coating and the car came back to me brand new. It smelled beautiful, the vacuum work was done perfectly and I really had no complaints. I am a local Granada hills guy and I am glad that I have this option so close to me. They even took an extra step for me and cleaned up a chair that was extremely dirty! I love this place! The express drive thru car washes with free vacuums like this are my favorite. This is especially because you vacuum first before you go thru the wash, and there’s always an attendant at the end (while you’re going thru the dryer) with fresh, dry towels that wipes down your entire car to make sure you leave watermark free! The washes with most of these types of places typically leave your car with dirt streaks or don’t usually do a very good job washing in general. I don’t find I have that issue here. Plus, you earn points per wash when you sign up with their free rewards. It’s a couple dollars more than competitors, but I find it’s totally worth it for the service and quality you get. And the staff is always so nice and helpful! I accidentally sucked up my favorite face mask once while vacuuming, because their vacuums don’t lack in the suction department AT ALL, and the guy opened up the vacuum for me so I could get it back. Obviously, I washed it right when I got home but I was so happy to be able to get it back! Thanks North Star for being awesome! Definitely have become a repeat customer and happy I found this place.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. PAID for full service including Vaccum. I actually watch the head guy tell the guy cleaning out my car to STOP because they had a line. Lazy job, food crumbs all through out car. He then tried to say it was too much pet hair and they couldn't get it but i was literally picking up hair with my fingers. When I complained + called him out for lying and THEN stood over them and watched, the pet hair seem to come out quite easily with no problem. I get full service weekly and another local place and i have NEVER once had this issue. They didn't even bother to put the mats back down they left them on my seat because they were in a rush and had a line! *see pics below*

I ABSOLUTELY love this car wash! I've been going here for years and love it even better under it's new ownership/management. I've tried other car washes in the area, and they don't compare to North Star. The management and staff are all super nice and extremely professional. In all the years I've had my vehicles washed there, I've never had any issues. All the employees know what they're doing when it comes to cleaning cars. They do an amazing job! What I love most is their new system! You now get to drive your car through their brand new washing set-up. The new system cleans my car even better than what they had before! It's super fun to go through their car wash and watch all the mechanisms do what they do! You have your choice to vacuum your car yourself or for $20 they vacuum, dry down your car and make it super clean. The other car washes in the area aren't as detail oriented as North Star. It’s an Awesome carwash. Self-serve free vacuuming stations and after that go get your carwash. If I lived here I’d come here all the time. Just what I was looking for :D
