I always have a lovely experience at this clinic. I have never purchased glasses here, but the staff and doctors are extremely nice and helpful. My eye exam felt very thorough and the doctor explained everything she was doing and her findings in great detail.

Great selection of top-end eyeglasses! And can't say enough good things about the staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I specifically worked with Tiffany and she rocks! She will steer you right and make you feel at home!

Eyetique Squirrel Hill has the nicest staff! I needed my glasses adjusted and I was greeted warmly and my glasses were tweaked in three minutes. The shop has great frames as well!

Typically great customer service and exceptional experience, always have available same-day appointments. The doctors there are always so relatable and fun, and they have fashionable frames that go on rotation. You can come there to adjust your glasses anytime. The downside is of course the cost is on the premium side along with certain circumstances. I had to visit the eye doctor for a small eye medical exam (not vision exam) and they could only take out-of-pocket ($65) for the brief office visit and rejected any mention of medical insurance. The mix messaging was confusing when they informed me over the phone to bring my medical insurance for my visit (and most other Eyetique locations accept medical insurances). If you need to take a medical exam, I recommend going to Shadyside office as they accept medical insurances. This Squirrel Hill office is more for vision rather than eye health since they will only take out of pocket in anything medical related.

Long but worth the read: Really great service. The eye doctor is a very nice woman, I felt very comfortable in her presence. We got a new script and they helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses that I would use as my frames. The lenses came in 6 days, and I noticed when I put them on that my right eye was blurry and disoriented. They told me that’s normal and to give it time. 2 weeks go by and it’s still bothering me, so I call and ask what we can do. I went back in and the manager (who is also a very nice woman) checked the alignment and re-ordered new lenses with the new alignment. I asked her to add transitions on the new lenses, and she had no issues adding that to the order. They let me keep my current glasses until the new lenses arrived! 4 days later the new lenses came in, and I pointed out to the lady that the current right lens was not positioned correctly. She promised to make sure the new lenses were set properly. She brought them back to me 5 minutes later, I tried them on and swear I almost cried because I could see SO clearly!!!! Usually my eye prescription helps me see “better” but doesn’t fix it 100%, well my eyes are now 100% with these new lenses!!! My world is different now! I can’t recommend this location enough. REALLY good people here. Thank you again for fixing the issue! Gosh does it feel good to be taken seriously and thus receive proper care. Almost never happens! Thank you again.

I will never do business with this place again. I spent 99 dollars for tinted glasses at the Squirrel Hill location, the guy Said it will be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later I was told the lens cracked and it will be a few days. Over 3 weeks they still didn't come, I got a refund because I wasn't going to wait any longer. I went up the street to 20/20 vision git the same exact glasses and they arrived in less than a week.

Really can’t live without Eyetique. Just such a great place to go for stylish glasses. Can’t ever go wrong. You get what you pay for. Service is out of this world, I’ve been seeing Norman for over 20 years. I was thrilled when they started accepting insurance plans because I paid out of pocket all these years now I get to keep going there and it’s under my vision insurance.

Eyetique offers excellent eye care and service. Making an appointment online is so convenient. Dr. Pastucha is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She is the best eye doctor I have ever had. The optical scan that Eyetique offers for a fee can assist in the prevent and detection of conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes.
