Great store with a lot to choose from.. They have a nice deli To get fresh sliced cheese and meats. This is what they call a big box member club that offers larger quantities of product buying in bulk.

Use their app to clip coupons. Couldn't be easier and the register will automatically apply all coupons you clipped in the app when you check out. Almost always the cheapest gas prices.

Edit: Rob the fresh manager reached out to me personally to apologize and refunded my platter. They stand by their 100% satisfaction. I ordered from their deli catering menu a sandwich ring and croissant mini sandwiches. I was disappointed to find that none of the fixings were on the sandwiches and the sandwich ring was uncut. Luckily our party was right down the road and I was able to send my husband back before it started. He was told that the sandwiches were made the day before and the person didn’t have a chance to put the lettuce and tomatoes and cut it before our pick up time. The platters were boxed so check to make sure it is done right.

This review is specific to the bakery. I ordered this cake a week in advance for an anniversary party. When I went to pick it up, I was just handed the cake with no explanation/apology for the poor scripting. I was holding a dozen cupcakes I picked up from the case and the guy that handed me the cake offered to spray them purple for me (they had white icing) to which I agreed, albeit hesitantly. While I was waiting on the cupcakes, I noticed that the cake had a price tag of $9.98 instead of the $17.XX I was expecting to pay. This made me think that they already knew it was a poor job but offered no explanation, if they didn't have someone that was good at writing, I would have preferred that they called and told me that versus me picking up this catastrophe. And my cupcakes ended up a nice shade of pink instead of purple.

Updated to three stars. My wife calls ahead and they save her a chicken now. Yay! The managers seem more involved and customer service oriented. Improving. First review 4 years ago: Shop here because Costco is on the other side of the river. Often sale items are out of stock & staff usually doesn't have a clue about restocking. Prices aren't a whole lot better than the supermarkets. They ALWAYS are out of less-processed roasted chickens. My wife asked why & the worker said they forget. Maybe I'll forget to shop there someday.

When checking out Tracy(cashier) requested i put everything on belt fine no problem but the person before or after me was not asked to do the same where is equal treatment

They got everything here. Easy to find things and not crowded. But a lack of people around the store to help you if you can't find something or don't know if they sell something. I would recommend this place if you get low on products so you can buy them in large quantities for low prices.

Enjoy coming to bjs for gas, and various items for the home. I find the prices very reasonable if not better than the other warehouses. I get my tires here which are a great deal with the various coupons during the year. During the summer, I also get my propane tanks filled here for the grill. Always a good buy....
