Weis Markets

Clean and always stocked. I always see Management (the ones with business casual attire) out and about in the store and they always make it a point to be available or inquire if you even are just walking by with the "looking for something" face. Very friendly neighborhood grocery store. Love them :) ~Brooke

Giant Food Stores

Good variety of organic and gourmet items- butcher shop is nice as well, includes a variety of dry aged steaks. Several food bars and other ready made item bars such as sandwiches, pizza, sushi, etc. The fresh veggies and fruits are awesome and always a wide selection. The only thing I don't like is their fresh seafood, which is what I mostly eat- and I'm super picky about fresh seafood; gotta go to Karn's for that. Still willing to give 5 stars overall. ~Joyce

Michaels

I always find what I’m looking for, but there is little to no customer service. I came in for a single alcohol based Posca paint pen. They were locked up, but weren’t when I bought some last year. I asked a cashier if anyone could unlock them. They asked someone to do so over the walkie talkie and told me I could go back to the aisle. I waited at least 10 minutes and nobody showed up. Walked around and saw no sign of anyone coming to help, so I left empty handed. I completely understand places being short staffed, but if you can’t handle all of the customers, then have products easily accessible and maybe add some self checkouts. From now on, I may just order online for pickup and hope that goes smoothly. ~Jillian

PNC Bank

Wish I could give less than 1 star. No greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru. Terrible customer service. The “manager” (Caucasian, blonde woman) was rude, nasty and condescending. Worst service ever. ~S.
