Malik and Angela were wonderful. We had online orders we needed to return. We had a suit jacket we ordered in the wrong size which was sold out online. Angela went out of her way to find us the exact jacket in their store.

I had excellent customer service. She even went to the back to try and find my size 0! Express cancelled my online order and sent me an email Friday stating that could not fulfill and starting a new job in 2 days left me searching for dress pants.

I had to tell them my order 3 times and they still got it wrong when I went to pick it up. I paid $7.50 for a cheeseburger sub and it was smaller than a 6” sub. The pizza was reheated from the day before. It was all dried out. The only thing that was fresh was the fries and the soda. Not worth it. They used to be good.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you need tips and ideas, they are always willing to help. If they see you have a lot, they always offer to get a room started for you. A great place to stop!

Love the modern high-end style Express offers at reasonable prices. I would recommend to check their website often as there is plenty of sales per month and in store there is pretty good BOGO deals.
