Set up a rental reservation online and when I called to verify they were very ignorant. The car I originally reserved was not available, so why would I want to pay extra? Just horrible customer service.

I saw there are so many bad reviews about this location, that may be due to very limited staff. But I had great experience during last visit, thanks to Arferd for taking care of things so well.

I love my car. While it was being worked on, I got a 4Runner from Enterprise and the whole process was easy, even when I tried to drive a sedan and decided to take it back the same day and trade up. I love that you can bring the car back to any location 💌 that's a relief! I'll definitely use Enterprise again.

Although the boys on the desk were nice and friendly, the car had a problem. It smelled like cigarette smoke. They sprayed it and I drove it home. The next day the car smelled like cigarette smoke. Took it back, they sprayed it again. The next day I had same smell. Fortunately, my own car was fixed and I could return the rental. If you are not a smoker, you can tell if someone else is a smoker. Not pleasant to drive a car that smells like cigarette smoke.

Very disappointed in the type of car supplied. I had Lincoln Navigator being serviced and was supposed to be give a close to or equivalent vehicle. I was supplied the bare minimum with a Hyundai Accent. They said they had an Explorer or Expedition that was supposed to be there, but was in transit and would not be there until later that day. They only had Accent.

Great service rented a car for a week and the staff was excellent to deal with, gave me a free upgrade so i rented with them again for next week. TOP notch customer service.

I was very pleased with the service when I rented the car. There was a glitch with the car I was expecting. Management quickly provided me and my wife an upgrade at no cost. the staff at the Lemoyne branch was professional and most helpful, and will be recommended to their branch by me to other's. thanks enterprise.

I rent at this location about three times per month. Tyler and Kodie are extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I have never had issues with any of the vehicles. Both employees are leaving this location and I can only hope their replacements are as helpful going forward.

Phoned in advance for car rental and pickup - On the day I was to be picked up - I was told that they were short staffed and could not do the pickup. So I then had to hire a taxi to the car rental facility - While on the way there I called Enterprise again just to make sure that they had a car there for me. Low and behold, they could not honor that commitment either. I was re-routed to another facility where I was finally graced with a car rental. No free - upgrade, no call to warn me - It was a fiasco and for someone who rents cars on a regular basis, it is unlikely that I will ever do business with enterprise again.
