At the time, this was the specific place for the business rendezvous . Divine meeting, running late, texted ahead, traffic and inclement weather combo. Plan B phone dead... didn't have the number offthe top of my head Fb messenger used nistead. Did the business deed by the propane tanks and conversed biz for an hour. Extremely productive transaction and this location served the purpose perfectly. Time and place by jodeci. Old school love it...😍

The bearded gentleman at the register was very funny and I'm high spirits for working early Christmas Eve. The young lady was helpful and kind. Also cheerful. Must be a nice place to work. Everyone in the extremely long line we're content and happy to converse with them. Nobody wanted to use the kiosk due to its lack of pulse. 😁 As long as those two work there and I can find a human being present we will continue to shop there. Very happy place.

The staff is nice and I usually have no problem finding what I need when I go in. They also have a self checkout lane which is helpful, but can be hard to get to, if the line is too long. The self checkout lane should not be used for anything which requires your ID to purchase because the cashier has to step away from their register and verify the ID, which slows everything down. Thank you 😊

It is a Dollar General. It is like most of the stores and over packed. It was open at 7am and had the items I was after in stock. I did have to wait in line for 10 minutes. The only staff member in the store was in the back. The self service register was in use for a large purchase. I do wonder about the amount of shrink the store sees when the staff is not present at the front.

Went in and the line was extremely backed up the gentleman running register was extremely nice but the manager was extremely rude he went in to ask for help and she screamed in his face saying im on break but all she was doing was talking to her boyfriend. What a good manager she is. Her name is Casie.

Went to Dollar General to do some shopping and walked in to the line being backed up and only one guy on the register. The poor guy went and asked the manager for help and she screamed in his face that she was on a break. Break or not, she should have got up and helped her employee. Her name was Casie. Some manager she is.

This is by far the worst store I have ever been in as far as customer service goes. I was returning a phone( Samsung Galaxy J2 ) I had purchased here 10 days prior because the flashlight on the phone was not working. The camera was also malfunctioning. Glitching sporadically on & off when trying to take a picture. Dollar General has a 10 day return policy on electronics. Long story short when I asked to speak to the manager, Dollar General called the police on me and not for anything I had done. The cashier was irate. I remained respectful. The manager on duty was the assistant manager backed up her employee without any consideration as to returning the phone I had purchased from this store 10 days prior. I had the receipt with box and all contents of the box, she never even considered returning it. She glanced quickly at the receipt at told me the store has a 10 return policy on electronics. I pointed out today was the 10th day and thirty minutes from closing. This is when the cashier Tasha I believe stated she was not returning the phone and she grabbed her phone and said " she was calling the police. Maybe it was because I had just gotten off work and I was in work clothes and I appeared to be a nobody maybe it was because it was so close to closing time and she gets profit sharing. I don't know but instead of having any integrity at all or compassion for me as a human being Dollar General called the Police on me as an intimidation tactic. I waited for the police who showed up 10 minutes after 10 PM closing time. Certainly if I were to call the cooperate office it was now the 11th day and by store policy not returnable. Worst shopping experience ever !!! Shop anywhere but here especially if you work hard for your money or if you are not dressed in your sundays best. Too bad too because I know this store carries almost everything I always need at a competitive price. But who wants to be bullied or ripped off. Not me I'm far too old and wise and kind and caring & honest to be treated how these 2 girls treated me. I hate doing it but I'll spend the extra 2$ on gas and shop somewhere where at least the store employees treat me with the same respect & dignity I show them which is Anywhere but the Dollar General store of Trenton Fl 32693.
