Just wanted hot 3-4 hot and ready pizzas 🍕 kids sleepovers yes Saturday afternoon. They only had cheese 🧀 pizza and was told a 🙀45 minute for any pepperoni. 🙄😶 it's pizza 🍕 The manager claims several call-ins low staffing. I hope they get it fixed.

They never ever ever answer the phone, how are you supposed to make a call-in order at this place? It goes straight to voice-mail and says the mailbox is not setup. This is everytime I call. I could understand occasionally, but it's literally every single time. Please start answering the phone. I left a message with the Facebook messenger asking to be contacted by the GM. Guess what???? No answer there either.. 👎Boooooo. Please try harder to answer and just TRY HARDER in general

Did Doordash for the first time. This is what Doordash does with a pizza that someone orders from you. I even asked for it to be hand delivered. Instead it was On the ground and at the wrong address. Will never order again from you.

If you like Detroit Deep Dish with stuffed cheese crust, this is the best I have ever had. Also they're other selections are good. Can't beat the quick cheeses or pepperoni options either.

Tried calling several times for them not to answer.. then got there in person and was just going to get a hot and ready pizza since they wouldn't answer the phone to take my order and they didn't even have any of those ready. Will not be going back!

I didn't even want to leave 1star, just had an issue with the customer service from "Michelle" if that's even her name..since we spoke over the phone. Long story short paid $30 for 2 extra most bestest pizzas to be delivered...They came in hot and ready boxes and that's exactly what it taste like, if I wanted that dry pizza that's what I would have ordered..explained this to Michelle, she responded with...I don't know what you want me to do"? Tell your co-workers to remake the pizza they made incorrectly! She denied me a refund if I was to bring the pizzas back and she couldn't remake them since the manager "Maria" was not there..I was told to wait until 11:00 am tomorrow when the manger comes in since "she doesn't know how to do that" as she stated.... this is a big inconvenience for me since I work from home, I want to be refunded ASAP

Went to grab some late night dinner for my kids, placed my order and when I went to pay with cash, the employee then decides to tell me they refuse to accept cash as a form of payment. There is no sign listed anywhere inside or outside the establishment to inform patrons so we know to not to waste our time and they are turning away paying customers. Unbelievable 😒

The veggie pizza had a rotten taste and hardly any cheese on it. I bought a large size for the kids and I for dinner and such a shame it went to waste. I will never know what was wrong the pizza, but the smell and after taste told us enough.

Take too long, no one ever answers the phone, delivery fees are very high. However, if you can withstand the poor customer service and lack of phone pick up, or being hung up on, the food is decent. In other words if it's anything other than a grab and go, another restaurant would be better. Anything other than a Hot and Ready, it's not worth it.

While I like Little Caesar’s fine in a pinch, I absolutely hate this location. When I walked in there was an employee stocking sodas who didn’t even look up, tell me just a moment, nothing. It was like I didn’t exist. Finally, after a couple of minutes someone else came up from the back to help me. I bought my pizza and went home to find this miserable excuse for a pepperoni pizza. Cold, soggy, dried sauce, and whole areas completely lacking cheese. So, I’ll be checking each and every pizza before walking out from now on AND I won’t ever go to this location again. Blech.
