Paid $30 for Single Wash Platinum. When husband got back home, this is what the tires and bumpers looked like. It did not even look like it had been washed. Don't waste your money. Service: Auto detailing

Decently priced exterior wash, free vacuums with purchase as well. Definitely worth, underside is still a little dirty with the complete exterior was but nothing a lil type hose down won’t get rid of. Quick any easy process, recommended if you don’t mind the minor things. Had a plastic piece come off the top of my truck but it was placed back in place by one of the attendants and no harm was done, new main car wash for sure!

Edit: Go in the mid morning if you can, it seems like it's the only time the membership gate isn't blocked off. Gave it an extra star for that since the last two times have been a lot smoother. Note that these washes DO NOT remove bugs at all. They come off with the slightest touch of a towel so their chemicals must be pretty low grade. It's a good wash to get surface dirt and dust only. Original review: They're ok. But the "automatic" express gate for monthly members is blocked almost all the time and sometimes you have to wait forever while 3 other pay by wash customers go on through on the other line. It's pretty ridiculous how the monthly members get treated at the gate. I didn't have many bugs on my truck and the wash still didn't get them off. My last membership based wash had a free car mat automatic washer but this doesn't, unfortunately that was in another state and unfortunately this is the only automatic membership optioned one in Red Oak. I hope someone starts up another better one.

Drove my car through the wash. Came out with 4 flat tires. Received a tow & $50.00 bucks . That's not going to cover my valve stems & labor. Plus the workers there loved to laugh abou tmy flat tires

Paid for Platinum and my Suburban was not done at Platinum level. Inside was not wiped completely, Carpets was not completely vaccum, some windows not cleaned or streaked, tires half a$$ done! The People are very friendly just either get in a hurry or miscommunication with each other! But this is not the first time..Done

Take your money elsewhere. My husband paid $200 for the show room ready detailing package. They had my car from 12:45pm to 5:30 pm and I still looked bad. The undercarriage was not cleaned and even after the manager went back, he only cleaned one side. The windows and front bumper still had bugs on it and they said it wouldn't come off..I get it home and can scratch it off. They also scratched my car but wanted go say that was there before, they didn't do it. Multiple people were driving my car around, I saw my car moved 4 times while I sat there for an hour. And instead of really fixing anything or trying to work it out with me the manager Al gives me his number and says to have my husband call if he sees any issues with it. It is my car. I see issues with it. The inside detail was the same streaks in the windows, spots of the dashboard not cleaned. The amount spent was not reflected in the work, especially for the time they had it. And since I personally sat there for an hour I was able to see other people making complaints. A gentleman I was speaking with had to go back in cause he paid for his tires to be cleaned and the car washed. They didn't dry his car or do the tires, he just wanted to be refunded for the tires but nope Al took the car through the car wash again and then quickly had the tires cleaned. The worst service I ever experienced with a detail service. Left my truck there and was called and texted that it was ready for pickup. Upon inspection, there is Water puddles on floorboards, corners still dirty, and areas skipped. Was going to drop off my other truck but decided not to. They need to do better service and make this right. I paid over $100 for this!!! Service: Auto detailing

It was a decent wash. I had to tell the guy to clean my windshield and he asks me which side. He didn’t clean no parts of the windshield and still didn’t clean it right once he did. In the picture you can tell the dash wasn’t wiped down all the way and one of the windows in the back had streaks in it where the rag barely touched that area. I have kids so they get all kinds of hand traffic back there. I’ve been to this car wash before it was the express wash it is now and they used to clean a little better. I also had to ask him to clean the back part of the suv, which I really wanted the windows cleaned. Not sure if it was part of the wash or not so I gave him a few dollars anyways as tip.
