Children’s Harbor ensures that brothers and sisters, as well as pregnant or parenting teen moms and their babies are able to live together in a safe and loving home while in foster care. Our Family Strengthening Program sends family support counselors into homes throughout Broward County that are experiencing personal crisis to help support, stabilize and prevent the breakdown of the family. Our Independent Living teams provide housing, life skills and wrap around support to teens who are aging of foster care to guide them towards self-sufficiency and independence.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this very special organization. Seeing what they do first hand to help children and distressed youths is amazing. They make very good use of the money, time, and efforts donated to them and they need more! Volunteering here with my family was a great experience and we will continue to do what we can. Would go to school in the vicinity of the organization. The kids want to learn, get an education and of course, a career ultimately at the end of the day. This is more than likely do to an amazing support team and for that I thank you guys for doing what you do for many years.
