Such a rude donation receiver. I tried to donate in the middle of the day and was going to drop it off under the overhang myself, didn't need assistance. I pull out my bag and get yelled at by someone that walks out saying they aren't accepting donations because it's pouring rain. For clarity .. it was drizzling (it had been pouring an hour before but wasn't any longer). It's Florida... It rains daily in from August on. I could have easily put it in a receiving bin but the rude woman said come back when it's not pouring. I'll be taking my donations elsewhere.

A little to sparse. Not as big as other goodwills in Wesley chapel, new port richey. Stop selling dollar store stuff and please sell the items that are donated.

The register automatically added an extra $1.99 to the bill that was not something scanned in. The manager came over to refund it and told that cashier that it just happens sometimes randomly. Uhhh, I wonder how many people have been charged that $1.99 and didn't see it.

Was here May 2022. The place is huge. There is stuff that is new. I think the price is not that cheap. Only some. I didn't find anything for me.

Love shopping here but the store hours are so limited that it's difficult for me to shop there. They used to be open til 9pm. I don't know why, but now they close at 6pm every day so if you work during the day you won't be able to get there in time to shop. Its a real bummer because they have a lot of really neat items...

Yesterday I came to this location around 10AM the employee/manager that was an older man with glasses and a mustache was making some very disturbing comments openly and loudly about how he wanted to shoot and kill someone who delivered for him, because he said they were a “man” who wore fake nails and lashes. It made me very uncomfortable and is inappropriate. I won’t shop here again, especially if you hire employees with that mindset.

A little well organized compare to other locations. There are selections of items, not a typical Goodwill with used stuff, a lot of electronics are garbage or not functional, as well as kitchen stuff. Clothings are ok. Staff are great, everybody is focus on what their doing... Retail store is not as good way back 3 years ago.

Love thrift stores Super clean and organized despite the massive amount of items in one space. You can tell the staff works hard, Laurie was very kind and helpful with suggestions on where to find things. 100% recommend store and staff

All the Goodwill Thrift Stores are great for shopping at. Low prices if you don't mind second-hand stuff. They're pretty organized and usually the store is clean. The cashiers are helpful and try to go fast. I don't recommend going to their office to ask for help with social services or a job. They don't seem to care much in that office.

Great selection and prices! Clean and organized store. Great donation drop-off drive-thru at this location too. Most of the workers seemed cordial, unfortunately for one. Beware the lady with glasses and braids that minds the dressing room! Do not ever ask her a question, breathe in her vicinity or answer her with the same tone she gave you! These are absolute no-nos for the Goodwill Queen!
