Literally never open! I have came to this place multiple times just to be turned away by a locked door. You can not call yourself a convenient store if you consistently inconvenience your customers.

As of today, 7/7/22 all their pumps are not working, or not functioning properly. It will take your card but not dispense any fuel. Their store is closed so there is no one to deal with the issues. This station does not seem to be well taken care of or serviced.

Closed when i arrived at 240 am. Listed as being 9oen 24 hours. Pumps closed and lights off on store. Dissapointing.

Extremely rude lady closed the store while I was still in there and locked me in. There was another customer and she straight up ignored him and walked off when he was asking why the store was closed. For a convenience store, closing at random hours throughout the day isn’t very convenient. Don’t waste your time and money going to this corner store.

The card reader at the pumps are insanely slow, I'm talking press a button and it responds 30-45 seconds later and it still takes you through all the regular security prompts. In the end, after it finally reads your card, it says you have to see the cashier. After waiting way too long for the length of the line, the cashier said they only do prepay, and I had to know the exact amount; I'm pretty sure this is the only gas station in Austin that does this. At this point I have already been at this station for about 15 minutes, still no gas. I left and went 2 minutes up the road to a normal gas station.

They have really good egg and potato burritos. The problem is They never have breakfast burritos in the morning. And EVERYTIME I ask the cashier snootily shakes her head no in a way that the answer is no because she don’t feel like it. I could honestly go on for days about the cleanliness of the store and etc but in an effort to not let myself get to rowled up over this I’ll leave it at that.

Place was packed and there was only one register open. One of the ladies was busy scratching lottery tickets on the one side of the counter when the line was almost out the door. She didn’t care about the customers waiting. Floor was dirty and there was no hot dogs or other ready to eat hot foods. Everything was empty. I’ve been to better circle k locations.
