This review is specifically for the store. We came to get some vaccinations done. One of the pharmacists gave a form to fill out and we had to wait for about 20 minutes. After we went to them again, it was only then that they gave the next form for us. Very poor and slow customer service. They could have just given forms for both of us at once. We waited for about 30 minutes just to get the paperwork done.

Get the name of whoever you speak to on the phone. 2 different employees over the phone promised me a time for meds. What turned into Sunday turned into Monday at 2 turned into Tuesday.

Do not go here for photos. They literally rip me off charging 36$ for small 4 prints of passport photo giving me excuses of their system. And I cannot add 2 more as add on as they have already processed. Seriously? I was never asked how many prints I need and the staff or manager was totally unkind and did not help at all for figuring out better resolution for me. Very unpleasant experience.

Review is for the store, not the pharmacy: Just wanted to shout out the employees. I go there about once a week and every time I’ve been there, there’s a young man with a fro who is so kind and helping. I see him all the time and when he’s not at the register, he’s tidying up the store or helping other customers. Great guy that is always so polite and helpful!

If you are planning to get a vaccine , note that if you have an appointment you will likely have to wait over an hour. Not sure what the point of an appointment is. If your trying to limit your exposure not so great to go to a pharmacy and wait inside for an hour. You would think they could have a better process - like let the line of people wait in their car until it's their turn. Better than exposing people who are trying to get protection from the contagious variant outbreak!

This pharmacy is really poorly managed. Might be the worst in Miami. Be prepared to wait an extremely long time for absolutely anything. And even if they are not short staffed the employees just hang around laughing and playing games while your precious time gets wasted.

The store is conveniently located and close to my apartment. I enjoy the rewards. I am very disappointed with the pharmacy. They need some customer service training. I went to the after hours clinic and was in major pain. I used the drive through and after being told my prescription was sent to the wrong location, I was told they were closing soon and to come back tomorrow. After pressing her, she referred me to a different 24 hr pharmacy. Today, after my doctor's visit, I went to pick up my prescription and was told they were closing in 15 minutes for lunch... and well I guess we can try to fill your prescriptions. Uhhh several people working and have they can't stagger the lunch breaks? Very disappointed Walgreens..

They are always short on staff. More over, they don't have vaccines available even after making appointments (I made sure twice over the phone). Pharmacists in this clinic doesn't even know how many doses the patient supposed to get for vaccines.

Super convenient and easy to shop at. I can run in and out with no problem. I enjoy the rewards from shopping that they offer. I also enjoy the app and it has made refilling prescriptions so easy to refill.

The worst pharmacy around here. Always have some sort of problem. The staff is incompetent, many times I can’t get my medicine because of there mistakes. Entire pharmacy staff needs to be replaced.
