The employees are friendly and helpful here. The automated prescription refill does not work over the phone, but if you call the actual pharmacy they will take care of you quickly.

Pharmacy staff are not friendly at all. They seem annoyed that they have to be there. There is a women who works there with longer dark hair pulled back usually, short, who always seems to have the worst attitude about any transaction. There is a new person there (women, pink-ish hair) who is absolutely wonderful!! Maybe she can get the others inline. 2 stars because of her. Otherwise it would be 0.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens location for years. Definitely the best one I have EVER been to… I drive a couple miles for this particular Walgreens because they have always provided me with an exceptional experience.

Literally the worst Walgreens (or pharmacy in general) in existence. Told us our prescription would be ready in 1 hour. 4 hours later it still wasn’t ready and they told us we would need to wait another 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy is pretty terrible. I just moved to town and had all my medicine switched over from my Walgreens in VA. When I arrived to pick up my medicine, I was told they did not carry my medicine and replaced it with "something similar". Not cool. I eventually was able to get my proper medicine and return what I was given. It took about 2 weeks. I decided to switch my prescriptions over to HEB. When I called to do this at 10:30am, I had to wait on the phone for 16 minutes just to get through. Really isn't the best place for prescriptions and the previous ratings hold true.

I had a prescription here to take care of a uti. I needed to use the bathroom when I was shopping here for other things as well as filling my prescription. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom, they said it was closed. It was a medical emergency and the place filling my prescription was putting my health at risk. This place needs to be shut down, they dont treat thier customers like people

They had my prescription ready in less than 15 minutes. I’ve been a customer for years and Covid has given them so many bumps in the road but they are trying their best with the resources they’re given.

I had a prescription to collect, and so went to the store on Monday after work. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, I was told that my prescription was in the system, but wasn't prepared yet, and I would need 45 minutes because they were busy. No problem. I told them I would return the next day, when it would be ready. I came back a full 24 hours later, and this time I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. When I got to the counter, the lady told me that the prescription was in the system, and would need 45 minutes to prepare, because they were busy. So basically whomever was supposed to have made note in their system to prepare the prescription the day before didn't do that. At this point my patience was gone, and I very vocally explained my disappointment with the situation. The pharmacy tech came over at this point, asking 'what is this about to the cashier', and looking at the cashier's screen. There was a muttering about it being January, I assume the relevance being that its busy in January, but absolutely neglecting any acknowledgement that the problem here was communicating correctly to let me know when I could pick up the prescription, and then Walgreens actually doing the preparation of the order in line with that day and time. The tech mumbled that he'd do it in 10-15 minutes, which he did while I waited (I wasn't going to risk having to stand in line again). Once he had prepared my order he called I approached the counter, he tossed it on to the counter, said 'thanks', turned his back and walked away. There are so many failings in this experience, from Walgreens not hiring sufficient staff, not training staff correctly, not maintaining systems / processes correctly, and then the individual attitude of the tech involved here. The latter I'll give a pass too, as he's probably overworked, and deals with angry people like me every day. In short though, I've now transitioned my prescriptions to another provider, and I'll never use a Walgreens pharmacy again. I suggest you do the same.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The employees are rude and appear overworked. They let me wait in line for 35 minutes, only to announce that they would be closing from 12 to 1 for lunch. The store is dirty and a mess. Avoid if possible.

The single worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Went to pick up prescriptions and get a flu shot with an appointment. Checked in, 45 mins later they told me to go wait in the line, like I hadn't already talked to them an hour previously. Finally got the shot, and then there were issues with one of the prescriptions I was picking up. Took the entire afternoon to get a shot and pick up SOME of my prescriptions. Avoid this place like the plague.
