I saw and talked to the most gorgeous woman in line, but it was a bit going on in front of us at the time. Totally wanted to ask her out. Hopefully we meet again!

Awful customer service to a black woman waiting in line while 2 female employees walked off left her waiting. Thanks to Lisa for pointing out the issue. Joseph you should train better customer service skills. I frequent store a lot. I were disappointed this visit. A concerned customer.

His name was drin and he had no clothes on. his ding a ling was out and it caught my eye. it was very excited and had a heart of its own. it was very pleasing and it gave me some of the most excellent customer service. thank you drin and ding a ling!

I normally receive wonderful customer service. I've had three transactions with Gina and it's clear she doesn't like people of color. I watched her laugh and exchange conversation with the lady in front of me. I walk up spoke and place my popcorn on the counter... I was asked what else you want? She was nasty rude and placed my receipt on the counter closer to her side and stepped back. I'm sure I'm not the only person of color that feels this way about her.

This place is a disaster. It closes sooner than regular hours. The pharmacy is the worst department. It is over two weeks that they have got my prescription and they didn't send me notice while I have an account with them finally after five days calling back and forward they admitted that they have my prescription. I went there in regular hours and ask them for my medicine, they told me they are closing sooner and they didn't give me my medicine. Since then I went there a few times before noon the store is open, but their pharmacy is closed and never opened up. Each time they say tommorow the pharmacy will be open. Never never never trust them specially with your prescriptions.

I have shopped at this Walgreens location in Wells Branch for over 10 years now, and I have to say that it's one of the best run and friendly stores I have ever been in. The staff - especially Debbie, Colin, Flint, and Ben, and another lady who is usually in cosmetics but sometimes at the front too in addition to their management staff who has been there a while (even though I don't know their names!) - are all wonderful and I'm in there nearly every day. I'd much rather go to this location than any convenience store in the area. I'm always greeted with a smile, thanked, and feel so comfortable with all of them almost as if they're personal friends. Prices are great and the location is too, especially for anyone in the Wells Branch area. I can highly recommend this store and it's because a combination of excellent staff and prices. I'd hate to have to miss them if I moved away from the area, and I'd probably find a way to still come here. **By the way, any of the reviews that are on this store that state "went to the CVS across the street" are posted on the wrong store location. There IS NO CVS across the street from this location, nor has there been for the last 12 years....

I went to this Pharmacy today only to get the electronic window shut in my face. As it was going down the lady said as it was going down "We are closed for lunch",with multiple people behind the counter I not sure why everyone has to go to lunch at the same time. I think it is important to eat lunch but I also think that if that is the policy you should post lunch hours on your website and on the signs in the store. The good news is that I can take my Pharmacy business elsewhere. I made have wasted one trip to this location it will be my last. The competition down the street was happy to accommodate my business.

I’ve used this Pharmacy for 20+ years. One thing jumps out that is glaringly obvious- they are always short staffed. Only one pharmacist all day long. They have to completely shut down the department just to get lunch. I find that very inconvenient if I have to go twice to pick up a prescription. But this is a corporate failing. Some penny pinching corporate accountant that never leaves his office has decided excellent customer service and employee satisfaction is not as important as the almighty dollar. Don’t blame the overworked staff. They try hard with the resources provided.

Are you tired of polite pharmacists that simply fill your prescriptions on time and send you on your way happily? BORING! If you like your prescriptions inaccurately filled by lazy staff that compensate for their incompetence with rudeness and insults, this is the pharmacy for you! This is the closest pharmacy to our house, and my wife and I have been using them for prescriptions for the past three years. After three years of consistent abuse, we are finally done with this pharmacy. The store is good, and the retail staff are great, but sadly they have employed the worst pharmacy staff in Austin. The pharmacy staff do appear intelligent; unfortunately, they hate humans. If at least they were efficient and provided a consistently good service (like a decent vending machine), their rudeness would be tolerable from the safety of the drive-through, but they do make mistakes in our prescriptions about half of the time. Mistakes aren't the problem though. Rather, it is the arrogant, insulting attitude of the staff that have motivated me to write this review. Last night they made my pregnant wife cry when they rudely denied to fill her prescription (by mistake) after promising over the phone to have ready at that time. The pharmacist said they hadn't filled it like they said they would "because of insurance," and my wife would never get the prescription her doctor ordered. Also, they said it was her fault somehow. Good thing the Walgreens on 620 happily filled the exact same prescription this morning with no problems. To be clear, I also usually feel like crying when I leave the Wells Branch Walgreens pharmacy, but when it actually happened to my wife (and for no reason), that was the last straw. As a side note, the HEB pharmacy at Mopac and Parmer is great!
