Do not DoorDash Zaxbys if you want any sauce with your food. Go to Huey Magoos right next door and you’ll get sauce. Sad the DoorDash we didn’t even check. Now we just have dry chicken and no sauce.

Turned all our food upside down in bag from drive thru. You can imagine sauce from wings dumping out the holes in the container. The sandwich that was ordered was no longer a sandwich. Absolute mess.

You know, I wouldn’t mind paying $15 for a combo and a side of fried cheddar bites IF I was treated with kindness. The employees at this Zaxby’s are SO rude. As soon as I pull up to the speaker I’m greeted by someone who clearly does not want to be there. They all act like it’s an inconvenience to take my order or serve me food. They are rude at the pickup window, no “thank you”, no “have a good day”, no nothing. They just hand me a bag and shut the window. It’s like this every time I come here. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else next time, at a place where I feel welcome.

I got a cobb salad and my husband did also.. and my salad tasted like it had salt it in my husband tried my salad and said it tasted the same to him.. he ate half of his salad and said the same his started tasting salty and the toast also.. couldn't eat all my salad cause of it..

Good place to eat. Where I work, a lady came in my work place and gave me and my coworker both a 1 free meal to Zaxby's. So, I went today Thursday April 28th 2022 and got the wings and things meal. The food is very delicious, and was cooked done. I have no bad complaints about the food, or the service.

First I want to say this franchise has come a long way at improving the food quality. Im over weight so I am forced to eat a salad a time or three a week. So I eat here often enough to notice the changes. The salads don’t taste like mop water anymore but they have changed the package it comes in. Last week it was a cardboard material which if you live back aways like I do the salad mixed molecules with the box and became one with each other. Today they have a styrofoam hybrid type thing meant for an entire meal. you know the type all the food has its own separate place to be. So if you want to feel like you’re eating a good old flea market meal then Zaxby’s is the right place to be.

We jut ordered from here, left out three items, had to go back in multiple times to get items left out. Then when we get home the whole order was still wrong, paid more for a meal we didn't get and got cheaper and less items. There's other places around who won't mess up to this degree....

Last night was my second time to taste Zaxby's. The first visit, over a year ago, was a dine in experience, left no great memories. But, last night I didn't get my first choice, the oriental salad had expired. I ordered the Sweet and Smokey sandwich meal. The piece of chicken was 1/3+ smaller than the bun. There was no taste of Sweet nor Smokey, it actually tasted like a fried piece of chicken, no special taste, but eatable. The fries were cold, reminded me, as a child when Mom would take frozen fries and oven baked them and then they got cold, no seasoning on the fries, rather bland. Now the tea was fresh, hot, in a slender medium cup. Service was quick. My meal with tax was $7.11. For value, taste and quick service, I see Chick fil a is a hard competitor to beat. Zaxby's came up 'wanting', more star rating

Had dinner here tonight , cashier did not greet, was busy making small talk with " Meadow" and I guess that convo was more important than me placing my order .My wife ordered a sandwich got a meal instead, did not want a meal but got one and charged for it. I ordered the "Big Zax Snack Meal" these chicken pieces get smaller every visit and the fries were over seasoned. I'll give you props for your price it was definitely a value . Suggestion: instruct your cashier to greet the customer and validate their order .
