It has been ok in the past but today the lady at drive through was not very nice quiet rude is what she was they have all ways let me get legs and thighs in place of all the rest of the chicken not this time she was quick to let me know that that was a no I got the family meal the chicken was cold tasted old the biscuits was hard as a brick and they didn’t give me my fries what a day please can you guys do better than this this is ridiculous !!!!

Ordered here before and it was okay but today I order the mac and cheese regular size which is already near $4 dollars and my plastic tub is only half full. The entire half side of my tub is empty. Very disappointing.

Better have plenty of extra time to wait! Goods great if your willing to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru

Chicken was dry at lunch time. Red beans and rice rice was not done. Servers were great and polite food was bad.

Very unpleasant experience. Several weeks ago, I placed a to go order and paid. Everything wasn't ready so they had to cook more, no problem, fresh is better right? When it was ready they put it all in the counter, turned their back on it and someone else grabbed it and took off.

The chicken on the classic brioche bun was juicy inside yet crispy outside. Just perfection! Seasoned fries were fresh and hot. Great experience even with the issue of being short staffed.

Tried the new spicy sandwich at the Johnson City location a few days ago and was blown away, delicious new entry into the fast food game! Decided I had to have another today after work, went by the Kingsport location and got my bag of what I thought was my delicious sandwich goodness. Upon opening my sandwich is was obvious this location is making them ahead of time in order to meet demand, the bun was soggy and cool, the breading was coming off the chicken where the pickles had soaked into it, and the chicken itself was barely warm. I know premade food when I see it. I ate half and tossed the rest. This is unfortunate because at the Johnson City location I actually did have to wait, and was given a hot and crispy sandwich that got me hooked, which made the wait worth it. Kingsport Popeyes is shooting themselves in the foot by allowing their new cash cow to be served in this manner, I will not be back to this location.
