It’s 21 century outside the world! Post office website and service phone seems stack in 1800’s.Any phone numbers one called cannot get anyone to answer simple question.One cannot get anyone!Robo recording on the phone asking questions and answers itself!Who is responsible for technology?I want a contact info to sue them!For wasting my time! One star is to much. What a waste of taxpayer money

They are rude here and the post office does things that make no sense. I frequently mail certified mail to go just a few miles south to St. Pete. It more often than not goes to a Sarasota Distribution Center first, making it take several days.... if it gets there at all!

Not sure about some of these other posters. Every experience is different. My wife and I opened a PO box yesterday. The mail clerk could not be more helpful and professional. I wish I could remember her name tag. I think it started with a C. Many thanks to her.

The staff working there always seem to be in a mood and speak to customers in a condescending manner. This is the worst experience I have had since living in Safety Harbor. I will not use this facility but the other location located in downtown. I will tell everyone I know not to use this location.

Terrible experience! Not sure the womans name, but I had to drop off some packages. She advised one labels were incorrect, I asked what can I do to fix it. The response I received was, "I suggest you go home and fix it" very rudely! I was there already and it was a Saturday. No wonder the U.S. post office is in trouble, need to work on customer service! I get it's a stressful job, but that was uncalled for!

Terrible experience with female employee there yesterday on sending out a non-machinable letter (slightly thicker than machinable limit). Instead of adding the 20 cent non-machinable surcharge to the 55 cent First Class rate, told me that it was considered a package, and charged me $4.25 to send it, even though I told her I had sent others like it for 75 cents, she said I had “gotten away with one those times!”, and told me I could take it or leave it, and really seemed to enjoy that. I paid, because the recipient needs it, but I’m going back to speak to the manager, get a refund of the overcharge, and report my experience.

Wow, terrible experience. TJ at the front was so rude. Mom and dad were supervisors at post offices all my life and step parents so I know that job can be difficult at times. However, I went in to get a few stamps and TJ was just being so rude to be about the stamps and packaging, I said I know how it works. I wanted to just walk out, I was gonna buy gift cards but I changed my mind. I’d rather drive 10 mins further then deal with his rudeness.

I’m a publisher/local business owner and visit this post office frequently. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, I actually look forward to going to the post office. Thank you for your superior customer service.
