I gave a one star because there was no option for a zero star. I left my Lexus SUV with the owner of this place four months ago to get some simple work done. After four months, three visits and a handful of promises, the main work, a seat weld, replacement of a radio mast motor, seat motor was still not done. All so got was a promise each month that the work would get done by the end of the month. I finally had to take the vehicle to another shop. When you ask the owner to get it done, all he does is talk and talk. It’s always some excuse that could have been rectified by a simple parts order and installation. After I figured into this equation my lost time from work and the insurance I paid on a vehicle that I could not use (He had taken the seat out but didn’t do the cuts and welds as promised not had he ordered a new seat motor.) it would have been far cheaper and better if I had taken my SUV to my regular mechanic in Tampa or even the Lexus dealership. Thank God, the vehicle is paid off or I would have been out of that money too. How can anyone run a business this way? I certainly cannot. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would actually recommend against it. ~Mike

It’s 21 century outside the world! Post office website and service phone seems stack in 1800’s.Any phone numbers one called cannot get anyone to answer simple question.One cannot get anyone!Robo recording on the phone asking questions and answers itself!Who is responsible for technology?I want a contact info to sue them!For wasting my time! One star is to much. What a waste of taxpayer money ~Yelena

I can’t say enough about this place to do it justice. My wife is 6 months pregnant and was hospitalized while I was working in NY. They kept our pup Ava for 4 nights and not only took great care of her, but every time we called they asked how we are doing, and if everything is okay. Their sincerity means so much to us. Baby is okay thank God, and here is Ava finally home sleeping on my wife’s big belly 😊 she’s so pooped from having a great time at this place as always!! Oh and also - because we have a day care package, we only paid for the boarding and days we’re free! Thank you guys for being so amazing. ~Terry

Stopped for lunch and food was good. They were just out of alot if stuff so I gave them a lower score. Staff was friendly but just no cornbread or meatloaf which really was disappointing. Maybe next time. ~Zachary
