With having a horrible past experience with boarding my large Labrador I was hesitant to do so again. With a good review from my mom I tried out Sheldegren and couldn’t believe how happy & content Ben was when we picked him up. He now attends daycare and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys!

I can’t say enough about this place to do it justice. My wife is 6 months pregnant and was hospitalized while I was working in NY. They kept our pup Ava for 4 nights and not only took great care of her, but every time we called they asked how we are doing, and if everything is okay. Their sincerity means so much to us. Baby is okay thank God, and here is Ava finally home sleeping on my wife’s big belly 😊 she’s so pooped from having a great time at this place as always!! Oh and also - because we have a day care package, we only paid for the boarding and days we’re free! Thank you guys for being so amazing.

Taking our dogs all the time when we have to go out of town. NEVER EVER had any problems. Our dogs get really excited when they get there.

My friends drop there puppies off for socialization in the middle of the day they've always been nice the prices are great and they offer special training classes.

absolutely love the staff and they always take great care of my dog. doesn't matter if it's for boarding or daycare. he always comes home tired and happy. would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly people with a great deal on nail trimming for dogs. Walk-in and they'll do it quickly (depending on staffing, obviously) for only $8-10. I haven't tried them for daycare or boarding yet but I will probably do that once I need to travel again

We use them for boarding one cat and one dog and we have never had an issue. Our cat is on meds and do not worry about the ability of the staff to handle any issues. We just recently tried their grooming on their last visit and they look great!! Good fair prices and a top notch staff. I already recommend them to everyone. We live in Palm Harbor and it is worth the drive. Thanks staff you guys rock!!

It's the first time we left our puppy Yorkie Cooper in this center and it's the worst thing we could have done, Cooper is in a deplorable state, he doesn't pay attention, he doesn't recognize us, he's like in a limbo, it smells really bad, it looks like another puppy . I don't know what they did to him but it's really bad. Be alert with this center, for now I will take Cooper to the Vet. The worst place for your pet Sheldegren Pet Resort. am adding the photo before and after leaving the center. The one before is where he appears happy walking, now in this moment look how he left the center look at his face! My son is super sad and cries to see how his puppy is.

My Rhodesian loves it. He has lots of friends to play with during the day. And a nice kennel size appropriate for eating and sleeping. The staff are attentive and caring. They take lots of pictures of your pets stay and post them every day. They monitor everything going on persians with cameras. I am very satisfied with my pets care.

I took my dog there back on December 2016 for 2 weeks. They were very nice and use to post pictures of my dog on Facebook that I could see while I was out of the country, but after a week I didn't see any more pictures of my dog. When I came back from traveling to pick my dog she was like 10 pounds less and you can see all her ribs and vertebrate. I was so surprise and upset that I just took my dog home like that. When I got home I realize that she was also vomiting so I took her to my vet and we took care that. In no time she was able to get her weigh back by just eating. I was very obvious that you visually see that something was wrong with her and nothing was done to take care that. You can't say that she didn't want to eat because I know her and that is her passion, she is always looking for food. I just decided not to take her there any more and better took her to may vet All Pet Care. They are really more professional and did an excellent job last time, more $$ but I felt relaxed traveling knowing that my dog was in good hands.
