As usual, no buggies in the store but two workers outside were sitting in the chairs smoking, I hate to breathe second hand smoke!!! No choice but to walk through it to enter the store. I went to the restroom and…. Pics are gross but I will post what was lying in the nasty and smelly bathroom. The store is very unkept anymore, few too many registers open except self checkout and the meats and produce just aren’t up to par anymore. I’ve made my last trip to Kroger. I hate to post negative but I’ve contacted management and no results.

I love to shop here however I will have to shop somewhere else now. What I loved: online order placing and pick up outside, easy going staff that make returns easy, online coupons (great savings), fuel points, good selection of non dairy for my allergies. What I don’t like and why I’m no longer a customer: I consistently come home with expiring day of or expired meats and veggies (from online order), and even rotting meat when the expiration isn’t near. That means that they are practicing some good ol time and temperature abuse here. It’s not fun to drive across town twice in a day to take back the supper I had planned because they can’t keep their food safe to eat.

This store has the worst cashiers, they either think that it's a social function or they think that they can chat with friends. I also have had the cashier from hell who is the rudest person . I have also had the misfortune of her checking me out numerous times. She has no clue on how to do her job. When trying to get ahold of the manager but no one ever answers the phone.

Consistently the filthiest grocery store in Kingsport. Way past due for this store to be rebuilt. Kingsport needs more choices than 3 of the same chain.

The reason for my low rating is frequent (every second or third visit) price errors. Sale items ring up at the non-sale price. Sometimes, a dollar or two higher. Today, was only sweet corn. I bought two ears at twenty seven cents each, on sale. When I got home, price on receipt was $1.20 for corn. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FROM THIS KROGER!

This grocery store doesn’t not keep lanes open. We purchased $300 worth of groceries and while standing in line the cashier turned the light off. The bagger said they was off at 9pm. Unbelievable.

Krogers is the best grocery store in my opinion. I've always shopped there and use my Kroger card for more discounts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Krogers

A well stocked grocery store, with a good selection. They usually have quality produce available. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Self checkout systems are quick and responsive. Krogers value card can save you some money.
