I often go to the Homosassa Ace hardware for nuts and bolts and other stuff, but this morning I needed a very small screw for a fishing reel I was refurbishing and I lost, so I hoped Ace would have it, and this young guy who knows his department well found my replacement screw in about a minute! Very impressed, not often these day's to find good help and I feel this needed to be mentioned.

We had a wonderful experience this morning. I ordered 3 key fobs from this store that needed the keys cut and the key fobs programmed. Brock and Bob Kane took care of us and they were both so kind. It's nice to know there are still kind people in this world. Thank you!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had broke my key fob for my Ford F150. Kanes had exactly what I needed and $100.00 cheaper than the dealer. I phoned ahead and they kept the key aside for me to arrive. Nicole waited on me. Her service was excellent. Programming the fob for my vehicle was difficult. Nicole went out of her way and called the manufacturer. Trouble shot the problem with success. Again her service was excellent. This day and age to find such an excellent employee such as Nicole is a rarity. I commend Ace Hardware for their customer service.

A well stocked establishment with excellent customer service. Certain associates weren't all that attuned to the stores product lines, but were more than willing to introduce me to someone who was. On the job learning curves really. A highly recommended store by my standards. Check it out.
