The people who work in this store are lovely but the rest is terrible. I've had more than one occasion where I get a phone call saying an order is ready for pick up, I get there and they have nothing and can't find it in the system. The website will say things are in stock but they are not, you have to go in store and have them look it up directly from the manufacturer to know. Today I took off of work for a delivery window for a dishwasher but only the hoses arrived on the truck and it took 43 minutes of customer service to find out it is delayed another few weeks despite a phone call last night that it was being delivered today. I understand Covid impact but that does not excuse away all the issues.

Went in with a $100 coupon and customer service did a great job helping me apply it to my purchase. I bought a Weber BBQ, the associate was very helpful in getting it into the back of my truck

After a year and drywall being taken out of my aunt's wall, a simple garage job through Lowe's has been an absolute nightmare. My aunt has dealt with more pain than necessary for this job.

It is quite ridiculous how Lowes does not care about their nursery, period !! Below is photos that does not do any justification, compare to the many times I have witnessed. Those flowers below, I saw them 2 days ago, and quite lively. Now, they are just wilting. It’s a shame.

We recently visited Lowe's (our favorite home improvement store) for a new lawnmower and shed. As we were reading the product descriptions on each of the lawnmowers, Rowan came and asked if we needed any assistance. He educated us on the variety of lawnmowers and answered all of our questions with expertise and patience. We ended up deciding on the right lawnmower for our needs based on his recommendations and also bought a shed. It is comforting to know that when we visit Lowe's that there are employees who are willing to take the time to educate customers on products and answer their questions. This is one of the many reasons why Lowe's is my go to home improvement store. Rowan's customer service is superb and he truly is a blessing and asset to Lowe's.

The Lowe's in Boynton Beach is by far the shadiest store I have unfortunately ever had the experience of dealing with!! They do not stand by their online orders which they use the bait and switch scam to lure you into the store, and then try to give you something other than what you ordered. Customer service there, in the past has been good, but customer service management is horrendous. They not only waste your time, your money, but also the gas you use to get back and forth. All I've got to say is Lowe's will never be a Home Depot. For shame Lowe's, for shame!!!

6.10.22 was an eventful time with Kelsey from cabinets. She explained the sizes and the usual uses for each size. It was very informative. Kelsey helped me problem solve my dilemma with creative thinking. She just found me wandering around and volunteered to help. She made it possible for me to choose the right cabinet. Great customer service! Always helpful people and they are easy to find. Thank you to the management for adequate staffing of informed people.

I tried calling the Boynton Beach Lowes about an online order. I was on hold for 20 min when someone came on the line and asked me to hold (didn't give me a chance to reply) so I waited another 5 min when someone picked up the line and then hung up, didn't say a word, just hung up the line. Very unprofessional ! I hope my online order is actually there when I go to pick it up so I don't waste a 40 min drive.

It was a quick in-and-out job I got my plumbing parts but they have no recycle bins. Attention Lowe's does not sell recycle bins anymore. I was sorry to hear that's what I was there for

Terrible customer service asked associate if I could ask him a quick question his response was can't you see I'm with a customer. After he finished with the customer he just walked away.This is why I stopped shopping at Lowe's. Every time it's pretty much the same .
