If Katrina doesnt run the store by now, she should. 6 customers in the store at the same time and she handled it flawlessly. I came in here on a whim and switched over from boost just because of her customer service. 10/10

Kim showed outstanding work after all the problems that occurred with getting setup with phone upgrades. She was extremely patient with everything that happened. She went above and beyond for any work I've seen during any form of business I've had with Verizon. I highly recommend her for assistance.

Showed up at 5:45. They said they don't have time to do an upgrade. Website says closes at 7. Paper on door says 6. Either way. 15 min and turned away my business. Will never go back.

Shawn was a great help and i've been to this store many times and ALWA YS received good service, not necessarily fast service because they get some crazy rushes. They're always worth it even if i have to wait.

My name is Mary. I was in the store at the same time as the woman below me. She was an absolutely miserable person. She wanted them to do something that they could not do. Establishments have rules that they have to abide by. They can’t hand over things for free or they wouldn’t be in business very long. This lady wanted her phone for free and all of the accessories free as well. I have dealt with this store for almost 5 years since moving here and they have always been wonderful. I couldn’t believe her nasty attitude.

Finally an experience I'm happy about! The gentleman I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly unfortunately I totally forgot his name but he kind of reminded me of a guy straight out of Laguna Beach. Even took care of me with some extra hookups which nobody can complain about.I don't have to worry about using that rental service of Amazon anymore.
