Staff here were helpful and friendly. Especially the guys at the computer section. They are knowledgeable, but double check yourself cuz one guy gave me a slightly different product and I realized at home but the return policy is good. Check yourself. Its hot in the parking lot so park near the trees by the road or youll come back to a hot hot car.

David Juarez was a God send for my mom and I this weekend. He was so helpful and professional during our solar panel return. He was patient and went above and beyond with helping us with our total tech membership as well. Now a days it’s so hard to find good customer service but David reminded us that there are still employees out there who do care! Thank you so much again, David for making our Best Buy experience a good one!

Clean store, had what I needed, and checkout was quick. Only reason I knocked off a star was because the customer service is lacking. I was trying to find an employee to ask a question. But everyone was busy, for some time. Definitely room for improvement. Hire some more employees to help the customers. Every single time I've went here I would've bought more but couldn't find help.

To tell you the truth I haven't been to best buy in year's. But I do remember they had some good stuff there that I needed a long time ago. But I do hope they are keeping up with there product that they always get out.

Went to get the Ring Security system Got a great price. They were completely out of SD cards 😕 I needed one for my camera. Also bought a modem, had to take back bcuz didn't have the phone line for house phone. Everything was taken care of. Great customer service.

I loved this Beat Buy! It’s close to home, of course, but I’ve been to many different ones, and this has so many selections of cameras and TV, and so many electronic stuffs. My favorite place to get a laptop. Also their Geek Squad is awesome! They are so helpful. Great customer services. Why I gave them 4 stars because I DO NOT understand that this business is opened 11am on a weekday! I mean it’s soooo late!!!

This was the best and most well stocked best buy I have ever been to. I needed a new canon 70-200 as I left mine at home for vacation. I never expected them to have so many rf lenses. Staff was super patient and helpful too after my card got flagged and denied. Great experience.

Went to pick up an item, for my sister from geek squad and gave them the paperwork and was asked to come back in 5. I return get the paperwork back and item and leave. Well they gave me the wrong item! And when she tried to call they didn't answer the phone and then closed. Again I remember why I don't shop/deal with best buy. It's too big of a headache and hassle with them and they are pricey

My experience here was really good. I went in to buy a flat screen smart tv with a good price and that’s what I got. Bryan was the person who offered his expertise and got what my family and I wanted thank you to him for all his help very nice gentleman.

Okay-ish experience since at the register, i was able to get my questions answered by the cashier; but, i didn't like how no staff member were available or willing throughout the store to help. When I would approach an employee throughout the store they would turn and walk the other way as to trying to kill time before their shifted was over or trying to avoid helping. Not sure what that was about, but at least I was able to ask the Cashier about any doubts I may have had about the products I bought 👌
