Nice furniture, friendly service 👌 thanks Geo. 😊 even though we didn't end up choosing to shop hear, we were very close to do so because the options were very good!

This was a crazy experience. I ordered my item over the internet. They never contacted me about the item so I attempted to call the store myself. I couldn't get through to anyone (the phone just rang) so I went up there. There was a lady at the register that knew absolutely nothing. The manager wasn't there and when she got there she said she cancelled my order because I didn't answer her when she called🤔 the problem is, I had no missed calls from her. Eventually, about 3 days later I got my item. I won't be renting anything else from them. Plus the location is pretty ghetto.

My fiancé and I walked in and we weren’t greeted nor helped the entire time we were in the store. There was someone at the desk but we were completely ignored. We walked around for a good 10-15 minutes, interested in some of the bedroom sets. We ended up leaving since we felt unwelcomed.

Okay the technical came to my house and came out of his truck with no mask! Now, normally this would not be a problem other than right now we have a deathly pandemic. Yes, I’m talking about Cov19! So I decided to call the store and spoke with an employee David. I advised him of my concern and all he could say was we do temperatures checks? Really, the tech goes from house to house and deals with multiple customers! We can’t gather for holidays or go any where without using a mask! This should not exclude the techs from being safe!!! Next, time the Sb store should be responsible and understand this is a serious mistake and not just apologize for possibly being the company that allows there employees to not wear masks because the techs feel hot! I would think this is common sense. Follow the protocol to keep there customers safe!

I went in last week to order my furniture I was set up for my furniture to be delivered today however I got a call at the last minute saying that the driver was out so they can’t deliver I wish someone would have told me ahead of time so that I didn’t have to call off from work

We have been doing business with Aaron's since they opened the store in San Bernardino. They have quality merchandise, excellent and helpful staff and we recommend them to anyone for Rent-to-Own!

I purchased a previously leased refrigerator. Less then a month later it was leaking water. It took almost a month for them to repair. I paid off refrigerator. Well its leaking water again from exactly the same place as before. Aarons won't fix because I already paid it off they say. Now I'm stuck with a leaking refrigerator. They'll get you some how. If you lease you pay twice the value if what the merchandise is worth. If you buy same as cash they don't care because they're not getting any more money from you.

First time going to this location and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful facility without the pushy salesperson tricking you into buying something you would later regret which was my experience at Ashley's furniture store and their ridiculous policy's. Make the right choice the first time I know I'll be back here soon
