Tried to do business with them many times. They kept saying they were booked and would call me when they got an opening. I always had to call or go by there to see them. I did this for about 8 weeks every week finally I gave up. These people apparently don't need the money. Anyone desiring to open a upholstery shop in Tupelo would run these folks out of business. I took my car to Memphis and got it taken care of in 1 day.

Tried numerous times to call for information. No answer except for fax machine. How does a business stay in business if customers can't call during the work hours posted? Even an answering machine would have been okay. Makes you question the sincerity of 'customer satisfaction' and not want to take a chance on the business.

Had a lot of foam repair done and had them put on my leather on my roadster's seats. Feel great and did an excellent job for a very fair price!
