JUST A HEADS UP BEFORE U GO: Had blood drawn on Mon March 28 . I got a nasty bruise that is growing . About the size of a silver dollar. First time it hurt , it never hurts . There’s a bump in it too. Wish i could upload a pic of it. This lady needs to be retrained she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing. Wish I would have remembered her name . She was African American so don’t let her draw blood from u. I’ve been going there a long time now and NEVER EVER had anyone give me a bruise.

Best quest ever.. Made an appointment and got there and the standing order i thought was there wasn't. That can turn stressful quick but...No problem, just call the dr and have them fax this number... wow still went really well and quick. Nice people and helpful!!

I showed up this morning for a a test and there was a hiccup. Beth was very apologetic and said she would ask her supervisor Christy what they could do. Christy came out then She and Beth took care of everything and definitely went above and beyond for me. It is so nice to meet people that care and aren’t afraid to help. Thank you Beth and Christy!

In n out like a dose of salts, greased lightning has nothing on these professionals. Made all the arrangements on their app so when I arrived I just sat for a minute and I was a few phials of blood lighter and out the door before I knew it.

I am considered a 'hard stick' because my veins move or collapse. The wonderful tech wasn't able to find a vein in the normal bend of arm. She had to go lower and said it may bruise. Not only did it Not bruise, there was No pain except a tiny pinch. They are very capable, professional and very pleasent. Thank you for your service.

I think the young man taking my blood was new, he didn't take the rubber rope off my arm while the tubes were filling up so my vein swelled up all day and turned dark purple, it was the worse time I've had getting my blood drawn there, usually it's uneventful. Next time I'll ask for someone else.

The staff is friendly and helpful however I had to deal with a collection hat left in the toilet before leaving a urine sample. The lady ahead of me told me she had washed the toilet seat with soap and water because there was urine all over it when she went in. This was disappointing.
