Your staff on the 2nd floor was extremely friendly and understanding. When I arrived without my script, and they couldn't find one in their system, they gave me a card and used a marker to highlight the fax number on it. I called my doctor, who faxed the script over while one of the nice ladies on your staff watched the fax machine so that she could jump into action to help me once it was received. They even waved when I left. What a nice team you have!

Making the appointment was very easy and the wait, on site, was short. The technician did a great job on the draw and I was out and on my way in under 30 minutes.

Everyone at the lab is very pleasant and professional. We waited less than 10 minutes for my dad to have his blood drawn. The phlebotomist, Sharon, was very personable n comforting to my dad who is 89 years old. She made him feel at ease. He's had blood drawn at the Pinellas Street lab about three times now. We would highly recommend this lab in addition to all of ur other facilities that he has gone to for diagnostic testing.

The "Care" Folks were great and very professional :)........Sharon stuck my wife and I as good as it gets......and she did it with a smile. Did I say yesterday was my 82nd Birthday and the entire team sang Happy Birthday to me at 8:45am.......You Folks are the Greatest.....Thank You All

I was at Quest and left and went across town to this location that I have been to many times. Even with the price of gas I do not care. It is worth the trip. The ladies at this location are ALWAYS - FRIENDLY - KIND AND PROFESSIONAL - even as a walk in the wait is minimal. Location is ALWAYS CLEAN AND SANITIZED. IT is difficult to draw blood from me but she was FANTASTIC (I am sorry I did not catch her name) YOU CANNOT TEACH PEOPLE TO CARE AND SHE DEFINETLEY SHOWS THAT SHE DOES. Woman at the front desk as well GREAT PERSONALITY AND CARING. NONE of them show any signs of stress in this situation we are in. I will never go to another location It is the BEST and valet parking is also a nice perk. THANK YOU FOR GREAT CARE AND Professionalism AND FOR ALL YOU DO MUCH APPRECIATION

I went in for blood lab work. I did not have an appointment and went in right at opening at 7:00 AM. I was registered, had blood drawn, and out the door in less than 25 minutes. My Dr.'s office called me the next day with the lab results. Outstanding job!!!!

Sharon was a fantastic experience. I have deep veins and dread several sticks. Sharon gave me one stick and wrapped it tightly and no bruising! Very professional!

I highly recommend the lab at the Cheek Powell Pavilion. The staff is so very nice- and the lab technician was amazing! She was so friendly and kind and injected (no pun intended) just the right amount of humor which helped to relax me before the blood draw. This is the first time I’ve been to this location and will definitely be back!

I had my blood drawn by your staff member, Sharon. This is my second encounter with this professional, friendly, caring woman. I cannot say enough nice things about both her wonderful personality and phlebotomy skills. She's the best and worthy of praise.
