I went here to upgrade my 5yr old iphone with the latest version. Tim was extremely patient in explaining any questions we had and directing us to the best plan for our needs. We had been scammed at a different location so i am glad this location exists. Was helped right away (sunday right at opening hours 12pm so not busy time). Was made aware of any extra fees we didnt need to be paying for. I would definitely come back to this location specifically for tim, he’s a great employee!

Need a phone and want great service then head over to the AT&T Store in the Oxford Valley Mall. Make sure you ask for Jason. I have never interacted with a retail agent as knowledgeable and friendly as Jason. Jason made sure that I was able to receive all of the available discounts provided by AT&T and made sure that I left with the phone that was most tailored to my needs. In addition, for the last (3) weeks since I have purchased the phone I have received follow-up calls from Jason to be certain that I was both happy with my phone and service. Jason is an absolute gem and an A+++ Customer Service agent!!!

Staff at the location in Oxford Valley Mall went out of their way to help me with my return, they went to the very end till they found a solution for me. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

Bring something to entertain you, as more than likely if there’s one person in front of you you are going to be there for quite some time. Aside from the wait, The staff on my visit was super friendly, very helpful, and they have just about everything you need otherwise. I would recommend this place, just make sure you have at least an extra two hours of time before you go with an issue that needs direct attention just in case.

Worst company ever digital voicemail was not working I called tech-support they couldn’t help me on the phone with them for 45 minutes and I finally get disconnected it was a simple question I go to the store and nobody knows what I’m talking about they tried to reset the password which is ridiculous because it has nothing to do with it and they weren’t able to resolve it and what do they do they send me back to Tech Support nobody knows what each other is doing I can’t get the same answer twice and nobody could ever give me the right answer

Bopha and Doug did an exceptional job and are a credit to the AT&T store. Bopha should be promoted for the work she's done to assist me. She made sure all my questions and concerns were all addressed. She did not give excuses and told me from the start that she can help. This is the place to be. They're absolutely superb.

I couldn't have done it without Bopha. I've made literally all the calls I could under the sun. Bopha took her time to help me when no one else can. She figured out the problem immediately and found a resolution and quick. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed even though the problem didn't start with the store, it was through customer service and this has been going on since November of last year. I praise her for all of her hard work and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She's definitely a keeper. Don't let go of this one!

Doug was super helpful and extremely nice. He went out of his way and showed me how to use some features on my new phone. He also put my screen protector on without me even asking. It was a quick and painless experience.
