Ariel is extremely rude. He needs to learn some manners. If he hates his job so much, go somewhere else. There are “now hiring” signs all over the mall. I didn’t want to purchase my new phone with Ariel, I felt he didn’t deserve my money. Instead, I went to the T-Mobile next to the car dealership right around the corner. Much nicer people over there.

Awful customer service!! I never leased my 3 kids cell phones and now they are trying to get a additional $450 off of me.. nothing like this store screwing me for a $700 cell phone bill.. bye tmobile your awful

I would like to acknowledge the staff at this T-Mobile location for their excellent technical knowledge, service, and willingness to help. My wife and I bought new iPhones in Florida a couple months ago, switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. We were both experiencing technical difficulties with the phones as well connectivity issues. Chelsea and Ariel went to work immediately to solve our problems. They did so with kindness, efficiency, and aplomb, and within 15 minutes, all our issues were resolved. They also helped us with our some of our apps and how to use them, and they checked to make sure our monthly billing was correct. These are some outstanding young people! Good job, T-Mobile.

The customer service at this store is second to none! The reps are all professional, helpful and responsive. Cassidy was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, I didn’t feel rushed and felt that I was well taken care of.

I needed help setting up my phone today. I was told by a manager that he could not help me. I went to another T-mobile store where they helped me in three minutes. I do not recommend!

Store manager insinuated that the reason I didn't want to keep the S21 that they mistakenly sold me when I had originally asked for a Note Ultra was because it didn't have the sparkly case. Threw a little tantrum because he had to void a purchase. Store employee who originally helped us was perfectly friendly though, everyone makes mistakes.

The T-Mobile on the second floor outside of Macy's was terrible. The person I spoke to was so rude and disrespectful I walked out. The young lady I spoke to at the one downstairs was wonderful.

Corporate would not offer any deal just full price, trade in value was 98.00 on a 1 year old 800.00 phone in great shape. Samsung has a better offer. I'm a longtime customer and their customer care supervisor did not try to make an offer. Good luck shopping here and getting a good deal. We were basically called old in store, great customer service. Disrespectful agents here!
