I stopped in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania location for lunch today. It’s on Oxford Valley Rd across from Sesame Place and Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County. My choice was a “Primo” size turkey and cheese hoagie. They have many choices for cheese, toppings etc and the sandwich size was more than adequate! They also sell many sides , chips etc. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. I ordered online. The staff was friendly and my order was available early. ~Shani

Really great experience here. My 90 year old mother's car overheated and was towed to Superior. She was from out of town so we had to deal with the problem by phone only. Plus, she left her jewelry in the car. Will was awesome. First, he texted me a photo of the jewelry and assured me it would be OK (which it was). He solved the mechanical issues promptly, at a reasonable charge and communicated throughout. I am a small business owner, so I know this kind of service, integrity and professionalism is important. Just got a 2022 Palisade. It was a great experience. My car was taking quite awhile to come in thanks to the environment we are in right now with supply chains and all. Brianna and Michael worked with me to finally get me the perfect car for me. The one I ordered has yet to come in but I got something even more amazing. The other car must be meant for someone else. Kirk at the Langhorne Branch was Awesome. He immediately Greeted my daughter and I when we walked in, we sat down at his desk and within 15 minutes he had solved all the problems my daughter was having with her account and the App. I wish all the TD Bank employees were as pleasant and helpful as Kirk. ~Kim

I have had nothing but problems with this bank, for years. Between mortgages, car loans and just general banking. Wells Fargo is a horrible bank to do business with. I recently changed my mortgage company and closed my accounts, I also bank with TD & First National which have zero issues and everyone is helpful. I can not believe how rude this branch is and I also can’t believe I banked with them for so long. This branch needs to be looked into and re staffed, especially in the drive through. Horrible customer service. ~Jim

I will never shop with Pandora again, after years of purchases and collecting charms. The return policy is awful; they will not work with you at all after 30 days. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to exchange an item I have a duplicate of and make some other purchases. Read: spend MORE money with them! The sales associates in OV are incredibly rude and unhelpful, but a call to customer service proved just as bad. I work in retail, and I cannot imagine not accommodating a customer, especially when they were planning to spend more money in my store. ~Jackie

I only went there once and only to one store. But from outside it looks like it’s abandoned especially the sign outside. All faded out from sun. Lot of parking on Friday day. And not many people. But I read other reviewers saying many stores are closing. If you live around then it makes sense to go there. But if not don’t waste and time to drive there. Willow grove looks better. ~IH

Formals XO is by far the best location to shop for a prom dress and here is. In the past week, we have visited 11 different stores/boutiques in Pennsylvania and New Jersey including a castle style location in Jersey looking for the perfect prom dress for our daughter. None have come even close to Formals XO in both available selections, style and staff. Many other locations didn’t even have the size we were looking for which was a size 0. This location actually had name brand styles and a large selection to choose from in the size and style we were searching. It was the first time my daughter actually had several choices of dresses she liked which was great. Pricing for the dresses we were looking started at $450 up to $650 - and that’s without the alterations. The good news is the dress actually represents the price in style and in quality. We initially visited the King of Prussia mall and found the dress which was then brought to this location which is closer to our home to get it altered. That’s another plus of XO is they have their own seamstress.We noticed the other prom stores that we visited did not, but had recommendation of people who could alter the dress. Alteration for the dress can range from and additional $100-$200. The staff at XO are very helpful and very patient with helping our daughter find the perfect dress - which she did. If you are looking for a wow prom dress I highly recommend visiting either Formals XO locations. Nothing else can compare! ~Dan
