Food was correct, it was ready from the online order when stated, pick-up was fast and easy. The employees that were there seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Much better than some other hoagie shops in the area.

SO good. We kept seeing this place during our many trips to Fritz's Bakery, and finally got takeout hoagies on the last night of our PA trip. Very glad we did. The buffalo chicken and spicy Italian hoagies were legit. The bread was just slightly too hard for my preference, but still good.

So good, as usual. Just love the Sulmona and spicy tuna hoagie. Hubby loves Italian or old Italian. Also like the dirt pudding. Better quality than what you get at most pizza places.

I was just at this location with my fiancé to order our lunch. The woman behind the counter was very rude from the moment I stepped up to the counter. When I was placing my order she kept yelling at me that she couldn't hear me. So I proceeded to talk louder for her and then she told me I was being too loud and that she could hear me. Would that being said I asked her to repeat my order back to me which she did and things were wrong so I've been corrected her. When I repeated that I wanted my sandwich drenched and all and vinegar she said yeah I got it and clearly that was not correct because I came home and my sandwich was completely wrong

We stopped in on a Saturday before Easter. They were very busy, but took my order at the counter with a smile. Got it all ready within five minutes. Very pleasant gal at the counter. We will be back!

Food might be great but the customer service is trash. Ordered delivery, an entire 1/3 of the order was missing, called and the MANAGER said “it was probably one of the young kids”…threw his employees under the bus when it is HIS responsibility to train them? Total lack of accountability. Told me to get my refund from Grubhub and that’s all that can be done. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. Edit: shame on me for trying again. This time through DoorDash, on a co-worker’s account. Charged for yet another item, this time on the receipt, that did not arrive. It seems they think they can just exclude paid for items and allow the delivery service to foot the bill. Buyer beware: only order if you can personally pick it up and verify your items are all there.

This is the 3rd time I have used this location because it's close. Each time I go there, the man at the counter is rude no matter how nice I may enter the store. I ordered at 11am, and my roll was hard at the bottom. I don't know if it was left over from the day before, but I definitely learned my lesson. I will drive a little further for a better experience where I don't later regret spending my money and having to throw my sandwich away because the quality sucked.

What a sandwich they make. Awesome. Best Cole Slaw too. Staff is always nice and they make good food. 5 stars.

The best Primo’s location around! Never disappoints! Their rolls are so fresh and soft every time. They go the extra mile and give you little oil/ vinegar bottles with party trays. Always prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend!

I stopped in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania location for lunch today. It’s on Oxford Valley Rd across from Sesame Place and Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County. My choice was a “Primo” size turkey and cheese hoagie. They have many choices for cheese, toppings etc and the sandwich size was more than adequate! They also sell many sides , chips etc. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. I ordered online. The staff was friendly and my order was available early.
